Hendrik rises, but maintains his formal tone and posture. “I can sense your aversion to dragon type pokemon. Is there a cause for that? You need not share if you do not want to, of course.”

They were not planned for in this universe, they arrived on their own whim.

[Series is curt with their response, but seems to not be irked by the presence of the two.]

As "Cherry" "introduces" "herself", Abby smiles, however her expression suddenly turns slightly sad.

Ah, I see...

After her seeing the real Cherry emerges from her leaves and Crow almost spitted out her name, she realized that something fishy is going on with those two. Same thing goes to when she met "Crow" in the market.

She smiles, albeit being a bit worried.

N-no problem, haha! Anyways, catch you guys later!

As she left them, her though is still the same...

Something....not right is going on...I can feel it....

She left Paldea nevertheless.

Hmm, isn't that "princess" that raggedy Lux mentioned? I'm pretty sure she's a royalty, right? Alright, let's go find her. Hide behind my leaves, okay? And don't make a noise.

She whispers to Cherry. As she approaches the same café from before, she noticed that there's no Cherry - or rather - Crow, possessing her body.

Abby approaches the counter and talks to the café worker. She is sure a bit sweaty because of her time in café and really don't want to look very suspicious. She gently smiles nonetheless.

'Scuse me, but...have you seen a Flaaffy who wears a blue dress, and her name's Cherry? I mean, the princess...? Sorry, I am very new to the region... Anyways, I'm asking as a friend's friend.

She unconfidentially says it, but she thinks that it'll work out.

“A cosplayer?,” a look of disgust crosses the luxio’s face, “I dunno what would be worse a real ghouldling or some fanboy gimmighoul.” In the moment of his distraction Abby had left leaving him behind with a shouted ‘hey!’ But he failed to follow.

Cherry meanwhile clung tightly to Abby’s shoulder but grabbing paws and claws convinced her to scuttle up to perch on her antlers instead.

As they escaped from the crowds into emptier streets cherry gave a small sigh of relief. Less from escaping the potential danger and more glad to be away from the hateful words that were aimed at her friend.

“Oh,” she gives a small start as Abby speaks to her. With a smile cherry leaned forwards into Abby’s view and gave a small wave, “yep don’t worry I’m still here! I’m ch- er Crow.” The less people who knew about this the better probably, especially with strangers. Who knows what rumors would spread.

“Thanks for the save there!” Cherrys shoulders relax the further they are from the market but there’s still a simile of anger behind her eyes. “You really must be a tourist though if you don’t know anything about the whole Pyrite thing. Long story short Pyrite is a gholdengo that tried to take over the region. They managed to hold onto the western providence for a long time. But you don’t have to worry about them anymore, they’ve been dealt with and put behind bars. Everything is perfectly fine and justice has been dealt to all deserving parties!”

“I am looking for my friend though if you don’t mind helping out a little more. You’re a lot taller than me! So you should be able to get around much faster than me and my little legs hehe. But uh yeah we got separated a bit ago, last I saw them was at a little cafe. They’re a shiny flaaffy in a blue dress, and their name is Cherry.”

Pyrite? Who the heck it is? I think you all misunderstood. I think this fella is pretty confused as I am. Probably you're mistaken for someone else, no? Maybe...a cosplay, I dunno...

Abby doesn't know that Cherry is currently in Crow's body due to magic shenanigans. As she tries to escape the crowd without any bumping, she still got touched by them and even try to get Cherry away from her shoulder.

As they both arrive at the area without the Pokémon.

*huff* *puff*...What with those people? I've never saw as unfriendly as those from while ago when I was bul- You're still here? I-I'm sorry, you didn't heard anything... Are you perhaps lost or in search of someone? Who is this "Pyrite" person? And what in the forest is going on??? OH, I need to introduce myself. I'm Abby, what's yours?

She smiles at Cherry, even if she's a bit low at temper.

Bolt, upon noticing everyone giving Cherry mean looks: "Hey! Do none of you have any manners? Why are you staring at this Pokemon like they're some freak of nature? Just because they're a Gimmighoul it does not mean they're gonna steal everything in sight!" He turns to Cherry. "Do you want company? I can be with you if it means people won't look at you weirdly."

Seeing the salamence some of the crowd turned away, acting like they hadn’t done anything. Cherry turns to Bolt, a grateful smile on her face but before she could speak a Luxio step forward from the crowd.

“That thing is a criminal! Just look at the marking on its back or that bandits mask around its eyes,” the luxio growled as it crossed its arms. “You’re clearly some sort of tourist if you can’t recognize one of Pyrite’s little goons. We all have a right to be wary of what that little rat might do considering what it and its lot have already done!”

Cherry’s fists clench as the stranger speaks, but she bites her tongue. She hates hearing someone speak of her friend like this and if she were in her normal body she knows sparks would be trickling from her fur despite the strained smile on her face. But she’s not in her body and she doesn’t want to get Crow in trouble for her temper. So she simply stays silent.

Hearing a friendly voice she glances towards Abby, her smile becoming a little less strained as she accepts the lift.

“Tch, you guys must really be fools,” the luxio sneered but didn’t make any move towards the two, “guess the little rat got tired of playing with the princess and tricked some other goons into helping it. Honestly the further that thing is from her the better! I have no idea why the queen actually lets it go near princess Cherry, let alone just letting it and the others wander around freely.”

Abby sits near human. As she notices a pretty uncanny Politoed, she makes a bit of a concerning look.

Are you sure it's safe for you to watch it? Just look at this fella. They do have an...interesting appearance...

"OH WOW. The show...looks pretty similar to one I saw when I was a kid-

OH, hey! Hows going? I don't really think I saw a real human for a while, haha... Don't be afraid, I don't bite. Anyways, what is this show you're watching? Seems very interesting..."

As Abby listens to Dœlle, she makes a gloomy face with a hint of an curiosity.

Y'know, it kinda reminds me of the time when I was in school. Instead of just one, there's several students which aren't very nice to me... I think you already had a beef with that Cassandra fellow before, right? Can ya tell me more about her?

(@buff-softie) Abby approaches Dœlle with a worried look. She takes a closer look.

"Heyyy! How's it going, my deer? No pun intended of course because... I've overheard that you're having a rough day today. Can you tell who or what caused it?"

Dœlle wipes away some tears from her face as she spoke.

"Oh well... It's just been a mixture of things recently. Especially today with Cassandra in charge... I'm already falling some of my classes as it is without her making it ten times worse... Not to mention the band needing me more. It's finally starting to take off. Which is good, but... I'm still stuck at the Academy."

Hmm…you’re quite tall, even for a sawsbuck. If you don’t mind me asking, how did you reach this height? Do you perhaps have some Mudsdale or Farigiraf in your lineage?

And no, neither Mudsdale, nor Farigiraf are my parents, they are purely Sawsbucks. Although my mom and I, let's say, came from the rare Sawsbuck breed. It's one of the first breeds ever. The difference is it doesn't have orange things around the beige markings as most Sawsbucks do.

Not gonna lie, I love the pun here. Tho there's a little mistake on its name... Whatever, nobody's perfect. Regardless, it looks VEEERY DELICIOUS! I have a bakery near my house. I visit it almost every day for some delicious pastry. Castella cake is also in menu. The problem is - it's a bit crowded, y'know, it's near the airport and packed with tourists, so I've come here early. OH, I honestly REALLY want a loaf or two for myself. Lemme grab some cash rq.

"Hi! Oh, a new bakery? To be honest, I haven't been in Castelia for a while, haha.

Oh, can I have one Castella Cake, please? Feel like I want to have something sweet for my morning routine."

Coarse sugar coating the bottom, light and moist, sweet and spongy, but wait… isn't a castella cake usually supposed to be by itself? Well, sure, but this is a Castell(i)a cake!

Taking inspiration from Tres Leches, a popular dessert in central and southwestern Unova, the Castell(i)a cake is covered in a thin, ultra-light layer of whipped cream, a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, and sliced strawberries. Kantonese at its core, but Unovan in its flair. Kind of like this bakery, really!
