Charlie and Stolas represent Vivziepop as a person without her even realizing it. 

Charlie is a naive princess who’s meant to be deeply kind and caring, but her behavior expresses otherwise. She acts selfishly and condescendingly, rejecting all criticism because she genuinely believes she’s always right. Charlie never considers how her actions affect others and prioritizes herself over everyone else. Vivziepop paints anyone who points out the flaws in the princess’ redemption method as a “hater” that wants to drag her down despite her idea having serious issues. She wants us to ignore Charlie’s awful behavior, viewing her as a “good” person like the rest of the main cast does. The princess receives praise for doing the bare minimum while her terrible actions are swept under the rug, much like how Vivziepop’s fans behave with her.

As for Stolas, he emotionally abuses others, plays the victim, and blames everyone else. Every time a victim of his actions confronts him, he creates excuses to avoid accountability and treats them like they’re the problem. In Stolas’ mind, he has done nothing wrong, and everyone else is the problem, “misunderstanding” him and wanting to “ruin” his life. He prioritizes himself over everyone else and cares only about what he wants without any regard for other people. Stolas causes his own problems but refuses to take responsibility for the harm he's causing.

Vivziepop has created Charlie and Stolas as her self-inserts, projecting her horrible personality and behavior onto them without even knowing it.

Viviziepop's standom is just something that fascinates me.

These people after time and time again, get shown proof Viviziepop is a shit person, yet they defend her so much.

Time and again, we see her treat her workers like shit, but they still defend her.

They truly embody the toxicity of the fandom in the 2010's. Truly, because Viviziepop hasn't gotten out of that era.

A lot of Bendy fans from the Bendy franchise do not like Mike Mood because of his company overworking his workers, yet these people still like the game. The fans aren't afraid to criticize the game or developers, and still like. And now compare to how Viviziepop's fandom treats the SLIGHTEST hint of negative criticism is very... interesting to see.

The standom is super protective over Vivziepop. It’s gotten so bad that they brush off/excuse many things and twist the truth. It’s kind of sad yet interesting to watch because sooner or later the stans will be Vivziepop’s demise one day.

It also doesn’t help that the only popular youtuber, Ay Lmao is the one documenting and reporting the Vivziepop dramas. He somehow manages to make Vivziepop look like an innocent victim and make the other person involved look crazy.

For some reason, I can't get over how they've dumbed down characters like Lucifer and Alastor.

Let's start with Lucifer. He is turned into this bumbling idiot obsessed with ducks and is immediately introduced as a loving father. I was hoping he'd be close to Paranoid DJ's reiteration of Lucifer from "Changing Order." Intimidating, cunning, powerful and overprotective of his family (as many fans often portray him). In the official show, however, he acts more like a brother.

Alastor went from a powerful sinner-turned-overlord into a corny Saturday cartoon villain based on my own impression (also that "I'll ruin your f**** life" line was just cringe). He isn't scary anymore. If anything, he felt like that weird uncle who'd visit the hotel once a week.

They both felt like Disney villains who aren't allowed to straight-up be scary and intimidating and commit murder on-screen. They just remind me of King Magnifico from Wish and Callaghan from Big Hero 6, respectively. If I hadn't seen the pilot, I would not know they're supposed to be the most powerful characters in the series.

Also, I'm gonna go off-topic a bit but I don't like how people have to watch the pilot in order to know more about the characters and lore. Why can't Viv try to put all that into the show? At least add them as Easter eggs!

Originally, Lucifer was going to be an antagonist but either way I would’ve love to see Lucifer be an intimidating and powerful ruler. Lucifer in the official series basically a soft core version of Stolas, minus fetishizing the lower class and abusing them. I really hope season 2 or at least future seasons touch upon Lucifer’s depression.

I’ve unironically seen his depression milked to death in hot topic merchandise than in the actual show. “That weird uncle who’d visit the hotel once a week.” That’s hilarious, anyway Alastor is a loser who is desperate for power and is an attention whore.

When it comes to both Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss, you unironically have to do research for it in order to understand anything of this lame world works. Which is really annoying. She does add many stuff related to pilot as Easter eggs but you have to watch the pilot to understand the joke or reference.

For example: in episode 3, Angel Dust mentions sucking popsicles. In the pilot episode, he was sucking on a popsicle when entering the hotel.

In episode 6, in Vaggie’s 5 second backstory Charlie and Vaggie were wearing their pilot outfits.

I really think Vivziepop should stop making posts making fun of her critics. Not only is it just enabling her fandom’s toxic behavior towards criticism, it’s also just unprofessional.

No creator would go out of their way to attack critics of their work, no matter how loud the critics are. They may make some statements, sure, and there’s nothing wrong with that, but they don’t constantly make posts complaining about how people don’t “understand” their work.

Anon, It’s like my life flashed before my eyes.

This whole comic sequence just reminded me of the infamous “Poison” sequence, any Stoliz interaction/Any of Helluvaverse characters sexually harassing or assaulting someone as a funny moment - most of the stans never question it/defend it, and Hazbin/Helluva stans getting pissed at critics/antis and saying that media literacy is dead.

The more you think about Stolas and Stella’s relationship, the more it falls apart. Vivziepop's horrible writing is why their abusive dynamic doesn't work.

Stolas is a powerful Goetia prince, while Stella is an incubator who exists to get married and bear children. He admitted that he never loved her and was able to quickly divorce her without any consequences. Stolas has more power than Stella, both magically and politically, so it wasn’t as if he was helpless. If he didn’t want to physically harm her, then he could’ve used his prince status to pull strings and ensure the divorce was completely in his favor. 

Stolas didn’t have to play house with Stella for 17 years; instead, he could’ve left her after Octavia’s birth, or at least when she was too young to remember anything. However, he stayed because he wanted his daughter to live a “normal life,” which doesn’t make sense. How did being raised by an aggressive, abusive mother benefit Octavia? She’s depressed, neglected, and wishes for everything to return to "normal." Octavia would’ve been less miserable if her parents had divorced ages ago. 

Stolas’ abusive marriage would’ve worked if it were difficult for him to leave. If Stella had political leverage and was able to trap him in their relationship by threatening to take away Octavia, his status, and his grimoire, then I could understand why Stolas stayed. However, this isn’t the case in Helluva Boss’ canon. 

Stolas didn’t love Stella, and he could’ve left their marriage years ago but stayed because Vivziepop wanted to victimize him.

Hey, thanks for asking about it, the people I'm talking about are Shay and two Charlastor shippers, both that have memorial documents to their name, including also the timeline of events and finally, the reason why shit had hit the fan at that moment.

And the main reason why this isn't heard of in Viv's fandom is because Viv herself also endorses this kind of behavior indirectly, either encouraging harassment posts through likes, or vague tweeting about it, hell, even Vivziepop herself did this shit back in the day before becoming a showrunner (see the Dollcreep situation below, WARNING FOR DEPRESSIVE / SUICIDAL CONTENT BELOW THE CUT)

Both Helluverse Shows Lack a Sense of Self

Because when taking into account of their original premises and how they changed it to something else entirely, it almost feels like false advertising at times.

Like what are these shows?

Is Hazbin Hotel a show about a group of Sinners trying to redeem themselves? Or is it a show about a war between Heaven and Hell?

Is Helluva Boss about a group of Imps running an assassination business? Or is it a love drama between the worst pairing in the show?

Why aren't there any genuine stakes if the characters fail? The villains will still be going about their ways even if they win.

With these kind of things in the show not figured out by the time it was ready to air, it makes the shows lack a form of identity for themselves in the process.

If Viv was still on the project no. She changed a script without informing the main writer of the episode, she has ghost writers / doesn't give credit to people who gave her ideas or wrote out portions of a script, and her scripts would probably have 40+ comments and fix suggestions on my behalf that she would be very upset with and probably ignore. We'd probably fight over the storyline for several hours without getting anywhere. It would be a production hell standstill where I couldn't contribute anything.

She’s an abusive piece of shit that’s get away with being abusive. I genuinely don’t think no viv is capable of feeling emotions, or feeling love for anyone but herself. I don’t think viv had a crush on Michael more like wanted ownership of him because he MADE angel dust. However he was dating Ashely and let’s be real, Viv has always been jealous of Ashley. Hunicast and Ashley got way more popular than the pilot and viv. A lot of the cast were drawn to Ashely, especially the vas of HB, Erica Brandon and Richard all loved talking to Ashley moreso than viv. People kept mistaking Ashley as the creator because of the free advertising and just being a joy to be around, and that must’ve pissed viv off to high heavens that she tried to sabotage Ashely.

Pretty much. While Ashley's not a saint, she loved Viv's world and went out of her way to support it, meanwhile Viv was kind to her face while secretly trashing her behind her back out of pure jealousy. It's sick.

I'm still petty about how the real Stolas is a cool owl/raven who teaches anyone who summons him astronomy and herbology, who would be a pretty normal dude if not for his demonic nature. And then Vivziepop missed the opportunity to do anything interesting with it like a bird not seeing glass windows, so we got a pathetic wet mop instead.

Vivziepop and her shows some people unfortunately have the problem when it comes to criticism with either overpraise or overhate there's no middle ground. I know hellaverse fandom is very toxic however i also noticed this behavior mirror of other fandom

Criticism of the Hellaverse looks like this. People are forgetting about the shades of grey. /lh

Is the Hellaverse the greatest thing ever made? No. That goes for every piece of media. When it comes to the Hellaverse, it has good aspects to it but do not get the chance to shine due to the bad weighting it down. If the writing was tighter and the story structure was paced better, Hazbin and Helluva would be seen as great shows by the wider internet.

I am still trying to figure out why the fandom is so toxic. I think it comes from Viv making tweets about We Are Not Alive's Helluva video about the writing problems, her liking fan tweets during drama (mainly tweets from the toxic fans), and maybe something else. I do not know I am trying to piece everything together, I only started interacting with fandom for almost a year and I missed a lot of lore.

Is the "other fandom" the hatedom? The standom and the hatedom have one thing in common: harassing people over a cartoon.

I know there have been fans who have been harassed and send threats in the DMs just because they are fans, trying to 'save' the VAs from the show (like Keith David), when fan posted about the Charlie store sticker display at Hot Topic, someone said that they were going to attack fans with a hammer, when accounts like Cartoon Base makes their 1000th tweet about Hazbin, people said fans should be 'killed' or 'shot on sight'. All of that is nasty behavior even for "ragebait".

I wish twitter fans would just block the people in the hatedom and not response because people say this shit to get a raise out of the fandom, it is easy engagement. The hatedom has never been a part of the critical community but the standom views them as the same thing.

I find your fan art of Blitz walking away from a dead Stolas with a knife through his head pretty gross and tasteless. Friend there are much better and healthier ways to take out your frustration. Honestly I think you drew that to spite Stolas fans and Stolitz shippers.

Buddy, you went to a blog that's clearly hateful of the canon Stolitz as I've expressed several times in different posts I've done, what were you expecting?

Also, not my fault that Stolas / Stolitz stans turn out to be the worst of the worst of the fandom (save for a few exceptions of course, but those exceptions are dwindling quickly in numbers), which, by the way, I kindly remind you that those same stans were the ones screaming at Octavia for rightfully cutting her neglectful father off her life and wished the worst for her, and I fully mean like, death threats and advocating for child abuse.

And to add a bit more spice to your ask, the knife that's stabbing Stolas' head is actually Striker's blessed dagger, so there you go, hope that makes you happier.

Lastly, I'm NOT taking the art down, not only because I actually worked hard to finish it and having to endure drawing Viv's horribly over designed characters, but because you have the option to curate your feed, I'm not sorry for expressing my distaste over a coercive relationship based on deceit and rape through art, and I'm not interested on your "healthier ways" because what I did wasn't wrong in the slightest as I was just expressing what should've happened in Mastermind / Sinsmas if Blitz wasn't so forcibly OOC and complacent to his abuser "lover".
