°οΈsting Tips β¨β¨
π If you feel like giving up, step on the scale. Do you see your gw? Are you satisfied? If your answer is no, then say no to giving up, too. Your cw should be enough motivation.
πΊ If you want to eat that bad, make yourself workout first. Make sure the workout is hard, and tell yourself that if you take even one break or fail to finish the workout then you clearly donβt want food bad enough. Movement blunts hunger and also takes your mind off of it.
πͺΌ Donβt go straight into long 24hr+ fπ
°οΈsts. Start with 12-16-18 hours, try omad, and then go from there. Obviously if youβre not used to long fπ
°οΈsts youβre going to give up, but you tend to give up a lot anyway, donβt you?
βοΈ If you are going to chew gum, make sure it is sugar free, or else you are breaking your fπ
°οΈst. You probably would have broken it in the next hour anyway, because you lack so much self control.
π³ Stay as busy as possible. Some things you can do that personally keep me busy and pass the time quickly are, playing just dance(this also burns many cals), playing the sims, tanning and then taking an everything shower, deep cleaning my room, organizing my phone/macbook, going on a walk in my neighborhood so Iβm away from all food, walking on my treadmill inside, and making posts like these for you guys!
π Drink a lot of water. While you fπ
°οΈst, your stomach shrinks, so you will get full quicker. This makes it entirely possible for you to get full off of water.
πͺΈ If you get hungry, sprinkle some salt on your tongue. Your body is just low on sodium.
ποΈ Think of a little kitty in your stomach, and every growl you hear is it purring, thanking you for not suffocating it with food.
β±οΈ If youβre feeling hungry, splash cold water on yourself or take a cold shower. Sudden cold resets dopamine and suppresses appetite short term.

It's okay to eat food. Really, it is. Don't feel bad if you like food, I do too. But...you don't need to eat *all of it*. What's wrong with you? Portion control, have you ever heard of it? Can't believe you were really going to eat *all* of that. No seriously, the hell is wrong with you? Do you lack self control so much that you feel like you need to clean the plate? Nobody is ever that hungry. I don't want to hear the 'but I don't want to waste it', you can always save it for later, or another day you know. But go ahead if you really want to. Eat the whole thing. Let's see how that works out for you. I don't want to see you crying when your weight goes up either. You don't deserve to be upset, it was *your* choice after all. You really didn't have to eat all of it. Keep being pathetic.
