Based with this knowledge he puts together a meal and exercise plan for you.

When you do well he rewards you allows you treat days. When you miss training or deviate from your diet he works you harder and essentially punishes you.

Now on the surface it looks like he’s in charge, but you’re the one who empowered. You don’t like his methods you take the power back and take your business elsewhere.

This is how a Dom/sub dynamic should work.
