@esorea commissioned me to sketch a scene from @altraviolet's Face the Past, Chapter 12. Imagine being paid to reread one of your favourite fics and then drawing it. I was over the moon to work on this!

Face the Past is a wonderful Mirage-centric fic--with some body horror, a medical mystery, and Skywarp/Mirage, which you can read here!! It includes a prologue titled Face the Light! Flatline is a prominent character in the main story!!

Hello I coloured art that’s been sitting in the ole’ back burner… I have much more Mirage to get thru.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!! I really hit the ground running after vacation. Year-end work, then going out of town, and now I’m fostering two dogs… It’s been busy!

I've never had so little time to draw, so I see myself just plugging away at projects I started last year rather than make anything new. Luckily, that means I have a lot to work on, I left a lot of things in progress.

I really want to start coloring these... but not yet. I can't get ahead of myself!!

I went on holiday and came back with a some souvenirs, and a healthy (??) fixation on Mirage.

The story in my head is that Mirage quits the Autobots after Megatron was recaptured and Sentinel became Magnus. Rodimus now wants to hire the retired spy as a freelancer PI, but Mirage wants nothing to do with a Prime. Roddy is stubborn and doesn’t know when to stop poking the bear.

I post a lot more WIPs on my bsky these days, if you're interested in more clownery!!! It's currently very Mirage-heavy lol and I yap a lot.
