Can we talk about 19Days TL

For our latest chapters we know obviously these are our “future”…well maybe our new present chapters. It doesn’t look like we will be moving back to when the boys are younger and still in middle school. I’m trying place where these new chapters fall.

Okay here’s how my timeline goes in my head.

Obviously we see here the first chapters we’d get or the “One Day” chapters as I call them. Here we see the boys still in middle school pre He Tian leaving and Pre Jian Yi disappearance. So from this information especially for Jian Yi we know that Zheng Xi tells us he left the second day of Highschool.

Jian Yi’s story for this was that two bodyguards saying that his father has requested to see him. Now y’all hold on tight, here’s where my mind starts to shit. From a couple chapters ago we learned that Jian Yi’s father is dead… or supposedly… Because we also know that He Cheng and Qiu Ge work for Jian Yi’s Father. That’s when we saw that they tried to come and take Jian Yi but his mother was all like “fuck outta here.” So from that we can really be like oh yeah his daddy don nabbed him.

Now, now, now stay with me now. In one of the earliest chapters we see Jian Yi return all beat up in a highschool uniform. But from Zhang Xi we get “ Where did you disappear to when I WAS in high school?” EMPHASIS ON THE I WAS PEOPLE!!! Then we get Jian Yi studying hard bc he wants to get into the same Uni as Zheng xi. So from there we plant our first “Future” seed.

So let’s look at the special New Years chapters that are our “future” look into the era of present chapters we have. Though we can gauge these timelines with He Tian and Mo Guan Shan. I believe that that our old specials are pre current future chapters. It’s easy to gauge this with the state of Mo’s apartment. Before when we did see it, and all due respect to our little Mo, but baby was living one a janky brick house. Then obviously we now see He Tian coming around to re-model.

But now that we talking about He Tian. When that fool gon disappear??? When are we gonna see how Mo Guan Shan was affect??? When will we see Mo accept that He Tian isn’t coming back so he packs all his memories of He Tian in the box! WHENN I NEED IT KNOW WHERES MY ANGST!

I know that in Asia, you have to take off your shoes before stepping into someone’s house. But I feel like Old Xian’s intention for this chapter is not simple like that. I think it’s an undertone of Mo’s insecurities regarding his social status compared to He Tian. That’s why He Tian looks at Mo with such bittersweet tenderness . He wants Mo to feel like home and relax. I really love how He Tian gazes at Mo as if Mo is his only world that he needs to protect at any cost.
