Selvadorada Villa

Tucked away in the lush heart of Puerto Llamante, Selvadorada, this modern Brazilian villa was designed as a peaceful family retreat for Mr. and Mrs. Solice two retired archaeologists with a deep love for the region's natural beauty. When they approached Bunny Design, their vision was clear: create a relaxing haven that respects and blends into the rocky landscape of the lot.

Built directly around the existing terrain, this Sims BnB features clean concrete lines, a natural pool that reflects the surrounding jungle, and a flat roof partially supported by a large natural rock formation found on-site. A solar panel system powers the home, furthering our mission to support greener living for your Sims.

Inside, the villa is perfect for a small family of four, with a toddler bed included. It’s also a romantic escape for couples seeking a serene honeymoon hideaway. Decorated with art native to Selvadorada and furnished using creations by House of Harlix (@harrie-cc and @felixandresims), every element of this build celebrates the culture and beauty of the region.

At the heart of this project is a commitment to sustainability. Our green roof actively purifies air and is primed for future solar panel installations, which will provide renewable energy not only to the building but also to the surrounding neighborhood. Together, we’re bringing eco-friendly energy to Del Sol Valley!

This is our inaugural effort at crafting an organic facade, and we’re thrilled to share it with you.
