The Hard Work is Done!

This past Sunday was Easter. Maybe you spent your Sunday morning at church. If you did, hopefully you hear what Easter is all about. But if you still have questions, let me sum it all up in one verse...it's about the empty tomb.

Matthew 28:6 tells us, "He [Jesus] is not here; He has risen...."

And that is what Easter is all about, the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Why the resurrection is so important is because if Christ had not risen from the grave, then His death on the cross would have been just another crucifixion of the day. But because He rose, He proved that He is who He said He is, and therefore, provided the only way into Heaven after we die (John 14:6).

Perfect Peace

No matter what you're going through today, God already knew about it. So trust Him as He guides you. Isaiah 26:3 ~ "You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You because he trusts in You." This verse is a promise and a privilege. Enjoy.
