rewatched the day of sigma , and i’m crying on main .

x and gender identity .

x had never taken the time to put much thought into their gender identity , or the concept of it as a whole . while they’d gladly accept others with open arms , they prefer not to use labels for themselves . if x were to choose , they would identify as non binary . they don’t feel male or female .

in regards to sol and luna .

the twins ( having been cossack bots ) were sealed away due to being based from the stolen plans of zero . only to be discovered a little over 100 years later by doctor eric song . 

they lived quietly with eric up until mid to post mmx2 , when eric had died of a heart attack and the twins were instructed via a note to head to maverick hunter hq . from post x2 onward , x takes it upon himself to take the twins in after discovering their origin . or rather , what could be found in such a discovery . 

for the time being , the twins are kept a secret from zero . unsure of how he would handle the news , the twins are kept safe living in doctor cain’s home off base . as it would be ill fitting to have children stay in a military base .
