I think I need to remember I need to tell my f/o when I'm upset. As nice as all the "your f/o immediately notices" posts are, being realistic, I think I need to learn how to communicate something as simple as "I feel sad" to them instead of waiting for them to notice when I'm at a breaking point. It's not healthy to depend on the idea they'll notice magically. It's a nice thought but we can all benefit from talking about it.

The Selfship Carnival (non-rom F/Os focused server)

A while back I mentioned the idea of a Discord server focused solely on non-romantic F/Os, and given that it seemed like at least SOME people were interested in it (as in, more than two), I decided to go through with it. :] It is 15+ and themed after circuses and carnivals.

Right now it has:

General channels, both for selfship and not

Gushing channels

Channels for specific types of F/Os (platonic, familial, etcetera.)

Self insert channel, to share your S/I's design and/or story

QOTD for F/Os and S/Is

Infodump channel

There is a suggestions channel (labelled #bulletin-board), where you can suggest bots or channels you want me to add! There's also a very basic verification system.

For doubles, I'm going to wait for more people to join, then make a Tumblr post with all the F/Os in the server (and specifying if any are non-sharing). As for mods, I feel like it will be small enough that it won't require any mods other than me? For now, at least.

Since reconnecting with Eileen I've been getting more objectum thoughts again... So a few objectum headcanons for my F/Os.

Eileen and Blade of Mercy have a close relationship. She trusts it and it trusts her; they've literally been through hell together after all. I have a whole post I could make just infodumping on my BB blades and weapons headcanons, but putting that here would make this post too long so agsjdhsj

(This isn't headcanon literally just what she does but) Trunnion has a special fixation with her left arm. It was first prothestic and thus the first piece of her to get turned into a machine. Shi talks to it sometimes still when shi thinks no one's watching.

(Also not a headcanon technically) Hedwig has a habit of talking to technology like laptops or computers, even when She knows it's not sentient or sapient and can't reply to Her. She finds it relaxing.

(ALSO not technically a headcanon. I don't know why I'm putting so many of these shusshhh) Nadox had a special pen that Orok made for him, that was probably the only physical thing he ever treasured or cared about past its initial functions. He kept it on his person at all times almost.
