One thing that I'm like. 1000% convinced is related to ADHD even though I don't think I've seen it discussed.

Is just how profoundly frustrating it is to be interrupted. Like when I finally am able to concentrate on something and then I'm asked to do something else, I cannot just go back to thing I was doing once the interruption passes.

My focus is fragile and once it is broken I can't get it back and I hate that.
