Do not be afraid to wear the same thing more than once! It gives you a sense of personal style to have special things you wear depending on each occasion. Be sure to wash yourself daily, eat as much as you need each day, and try to exercise with activities you find fun! This could mean anything from playing a sport, or perhaps listening to a podcast you like while working out! Make self care fun for more than just one reason teehee!~
