Mearah is suffering from severe malnutrition and extreme wasting due to the brutal siege on Gaza. No food, no medicine, no milk... no glimpse of hope.

She hasn't even reached her second birthday. Her weight is less than that of a newborn. Her bones are visible, her skin clings to her body... she is in pain, in silence. Every passing moment could be her last.

I appeal to every person with a conscience — anyone who can help medically, humanely, or even by sharing this message — please don’t let her die like so many other children who passed away in silence and neglect.
