i’m down to 185 lbs and that’s really wild considering i don’t remember the last time i was under 200 lbs. i know it’s dangerous for me to be excited about it but i feel good.

body dysmorphia is such a crazy thing tho. i’ve spent 30 years trying to at least be neutral about my body and i finally get close, then my body changes again and i have ALL NEW insecurities. my brain always told me that slim would fix it, like i would magically be okay with myself if i weren’t a size 18… it lied.
