Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford being smartasses while promoting The Force Awakens. Some things never change.

Fisher says the experience of acting with Ford hadn’t changed (…). “He can still make me uncomfortable and comfortable faster than anyone I know or don’t know.” They also found time to relax. “Adorable is not a word you would associate with Harrison, but after a few beers, he’s the most adorable person in the world.” (x)

My thoughts on shipping DameRey (Poe x Rey)

Disclaimer: I usually never do these kinds of posts, because I feel like as long as it all involves consenting adults, I don’t need to justify my shipping choices to anyone. But the movie has been barely out for a week and already I can see the first signs of ship war and I won’t have it. It’s been barely a week and already I have seen people who ship Rey & Poe receive anon messages telling them it’s stupid to ship it when a) Rey x Finn is probably gonna be canon anyways (which would be completely fine with me - you’d have to be a seriously bad person not to love Finn - but irrelevant, because I’d be suprised if Star Wars was to become the first fandom to revoke your license to fangirl for shippg a fanon ship) and b) Poe x Finn is much more popular as a ship (which again is just as fine as it’s irrelevant, because?????). So, this is me, explaining the ship - from my point of view of course, very probably forever outside of canon. But who cares? Ship and let ship. Don’t be a Jar Jar.
