This is the same system that after saying they do not want to be our friend due to us asking them to not make sexual comments to us or sexual jokes about us, proceeded to vent to us how OUR dogs death affected them

honestly the most pathetic feeling is when you get in a fight with someone because all you did was express what made you upset and instead of apologizing, they find a way to make you feel bad about it so you’re left regretting even saying anything at all.

We got told us being affected by our abuse was a choice and that we were abelist for being greatfull we don’t have to live with someone who openly punches things during meltdowns

Normalize having alters that don't like the systems friends or partner systems. Just cuz they're some of our friends or partners doesn't automatically mean we all have to like them. We'll still take system responsibility if we do anything wrong but we don't owe you kindness or even a conversation just because you're close to the rest of us.

Even our own partner system doesn’t take our trauma seriously.

No your new alter who happens to be paranoid isn’t like one of ours, you guys have never been stalked. We have. His fear stems from that trauma yours stems from thinking the world revolves around you.

We were sexually abused off and on from pre school up to high school and medically abused as a child. You were bullied with a teen mom, we are NOT the same. Your trauma is valid and we have never once invalidated it. So stop making our trauma about you
