what i ate today:
6:35am (i get up early even on the weekends idk i just open my eyes and i’m no longer able to sleep):
360g of sour milk (172,8cal)
5 teaspoons of sugar (80cal)
about 50g of bread (133,5cal)
100g of sulguni (georgian lower cal cheese) (240 cal)
total: 626cal
this is gonna be the only time i’ll eat today btw
also i could’ve done better but uhm i ate all that cuz im starting today NOT ON MONDAY because this would be my 573726367th monday lmfao i quit being a quitter. anyway yeah i ate this much cuz i need to say my final goodbyes to sugar therefore sour milk cuz i cant eat that shi without sugar. also bye bye bread and any kind of cheese 🫦 i’ll be living off of boiled chicken breast again thank you very much
tomorrow im hoping to starve but i doubt i’ll be able to so i’ll limit myself to 400 cal send help 🥰
