Alright I gotta get this outta the way since I'm working on another thing for Crescent Swirl so here ya go 😭

So some backstory!

- So this yeah?

- In this timeline, Crescent Swirl Cookie has both her eyes still as she doesnt jump off her train with the last space pirate and gets her left eye heavily scarred from the broken glass.

- The space pirates that targeted her train were a hopeless gang on the brink of losing a turf war. So they were desperate as it was their only chance of acquiring a strong train with a naive conductor to gain an advantage in it.

- So instead, Crescent Swirl in a panic offers her knowledge regarding the Dream Express and in exchange they leave her train, her passengers, and Nebula Mist Station alone.

- And lo and behold, it works and she joins.

- In this timeline she is weaker, as she relies on technology than brute strength. (Assuming this from the ovenbreak space pirates in mech suits ;v;) But even then she's only there during heists to provide information or as bait to make other conductors and passengers lower their gaurd with her (genuine) cries for help. As she doesnt really know how to fight

- Yeah no shes held hostage basically. And the thing around her ankle is a tracker!

- Though I'd say she's technically "nicer" than canon Crescent Swirl? Not violent, aggressive, intimidating, or anything like that. But then again thats really only because if she ever showed any signs of defiance things won't end well for her and became a pushover as a result.

- Though there is some slient defiance, as she'll rarely warn passengers or conductors before the attack behind everyones back. But other than that she's trapped.

- Her conductor hat isn't lost, but she took it off since she believes its not right to wear it anymore in this position. And sliently apologizes to the Slumbering Moon for her actions.

Me, trying to imply that Aurora somewhat reciprocates and appericates her in the most subtle ways possible because how the fuck do you write ocxcanon 😭:

At first I thought Aurora Candy was the boss since I've seen people call them that a ton, but when I tried looking into the small bits they're included in they're only referred to as "co-worker" and not "boss"

Even in Milky Way's wiki page they're just referred to as her co-worker

and uh it formed a scrapped hc of mine where Aurora is mistaken to be one every other month.

(Is there an actual station manager? Perhaps. But thats open for someone to make an oc out of for now ;u; Like whoever is the "legendary employee" in the ticket booth!)

Anyways, back to these two.

Milky Way fucking around with whatever is going on between them so she can do whatever she wants without getting scolded is what I live for -v-

And Crescent Swirl being unaware of whats gradually forming the more she tries to build a connection with them.

Ughsghshshsb but I still gotta write why she's trying to.

Something about attempting to move on and re-learn how to connect with others despite the fear of falling apart again after developing anger/trust issues and distancing herself from any close relationships she had for a long period of time as a result of her train being hijacked from her kindness being taken advantage of with a cookie who is one of the only few people that isn't afraid of her even though they annoy each other which is perhaps one of the reasons why she could never really fully hate Aurora for what they do as their presence makes her feel less alone upon being placed in her new station believe it or not.

But is she still going to be a little shit about it and would rather die than admit that out loud?

Yeah.

(YadacYada moon-related characters being lonely and longing for smth. In CS's case its to be able to rely on others again. In her relationship chart with another oc it implies that she believes the fact that she's still standing is her being delusional as she knows things will never truly be the same again but continues to try and get better anyways.)

Dough Analysis!

(Not canon as Melting Sun didnt know CS existed until she went to the station I put her there since this would be something she would do)

I found out that lunar swirls existed recently and decided to incorporate it into Crescent Swirl's dough! Though ofc there might be some errors and my own take on it TvT

Anyways, about Melting Sun!

Melting Sun believed that stealing the wizards creations werent that bad since from her point of view the wizards were never happy with what they were creating in the first place as long as they continued to strive towards perfection (since yk shes a witch, and baked cookies for creative purposes than research) and didnt really pay attention to just how seriously they took their studies and those who interfere since she was busy with her own issues :'>

If person requests you draw Cherry Cola Cookie as a mermaid, DO NOT do it! This person is into mermification, and it it a fetish for him. Even worse, he's going out and asking MINORS to do this. I myself am I minor and I was requested to do this, and I did because I thought it was innocent and I really wanted to do requests. I'm in my late teens.

I found out about this thanks to this angel on TikTok @frostbite.png. I'm so happy I found this post because otherwise I would have kept the request up. This man's name is peapeatheclayalien, a screenshot I took of his profile before I blocked him is down below:

He already has people telling him to get off the platform and calling him out. If you scroll through his profile and likes it is ALL requests to draw Cherry Cola Cookie as a mermaid and drawings people have done of Cookie Run characters as mermaids and it is absolutely horrifying. And there is even MORE wrong with this man.

He was kicked off of the Cookie Run discord server for making multiple requests for people to draw CRK characters as mermaids in weird ways. He has also asked minors to puff up their skirts, aka to lift their skirts to make them look bigger. This is absolutely disgusting behavior.

If you get a request DO NOT DO IT. Block and report him. If you've already drawn this request I would try deleting it, blocking him of course, and reporting him. And please don't give hate to people who have drawn for him, the likely didn't know either. Spread awareness about this man and his behavior. He is a predator.

Of course there is nothing wrong with making requests, it's asking MINORS to draw your fetishes. Please alert other artists about this, and stay safe out there!

Yapping about the assets because uhhh Im a yapper

First background!

Took inspiration from Milky Way's gacha background! I then made the clouds in seperate layers and animated them on alight motion!

I drew every single background in the animation because I couldnt find a background that fits with the assets that I also drew. QvQ

The space pirate! The colors for the layers were originally slightly different because I work on low brightness to save battery T-T I found art on the ovenbreak wiki and saw

So I figured thats what space pirates looked like! (Theres also a deleted video I'm ashamed when I first found these 😭 Don't bring it up. I rlly didnt give it my all and mostly did it to practice the artstyle so the dialouge was terrible and the scenario highlighted her edginess too much UGHSGHSHSJS)

Herself! The original canvas has 138 layers.

And about the "accidentally deleting the 10 hours worth of this", I use ibspaint to draw and the duplicate button and the delete button is on the same tab so if I didnt catch myself and my muscle memory competely took over I wouldve dropped this thing entirely 😭

But hey! I'm EXTREMELY proud of how it turned out! ^v^ Definetly better than the one I made 5 months ago.

Drawing CS as a silhouette is very fun! The bounce was supposed to be a bit more aggresive but I feel like the subtle squish fits her more :> Being energectic n' hyper is a Melting Sun thing

As for the music, its once again borrowed from royalty free music libraries commonly used in various 2000s horror rpg games! (Which uh, has its setbacks since it could be used by everyone. But just to be clear I do not associate with or support at all any questionable games that use these copyright free audios. Stay safe folks...)

Theres an alternate universe where I did an oopsie daisy and deleted 10 hours worth of drawing Crescent Swirl's illustration and never finished this holy shit. 😭

The perfectionist in me needs to learn how to shut up TvT But I still think I'm gonna edit some stuff a bit

Anyways! Her first design:

As you can see, her loose shirt wasn't cuffed and was longer, her pony tail is also shorter, her horn was smaller, and her hat had 4 buttons instead of what milky way wears :'>

Oh but she always had her shit eating grin. 👍

I got her idea from internally crashing out over classes and my anger would then turn from being upset, to confusion, to inspiration. Somehow.

I make oc's by designing the character first and then naming them. So I didnt know what I was going for when she first was created TvT

But after playing around on ibspaint, I got her final design! :D
