“Because I’m…” Cady doesn’t know how to finish that sentence. Boring? Awkward? Self-conscious? “Inexperienced.”

It’s probably the more embarrassing answer that she could give, but it’s true. She’s nineteen, and she’s never had a boyfriend or girlfriend. She hasn’t kissed anyone outside of a relatively chaste peck during a nerve-wracking game of spin the bottle last year. Aaron’s probably had at least a few serious girlfriends.

“Oh,” Regina says, like that’s no big deal. “I can get you experience.”

Stupid Regina George- stupid, beautiful Regina George.

Regina George who had kissed Aaron Samuels and Shane Oman, Regina George who played with boys as if they were toys, who treated her friends like they were dolls. Regina George who Cady Heron couldn’t get away from even in sleep.

With her beautiful, long hair and that god awful smirk. Even as they’d made her put weight on she was gorgeous! She’d be an old woman in a care home and would rule it with an iron fist.

Cady felt the need to destroy, scattering papers and quilts. She cracked that picture of her riding the elephant as it slammed to the floor.

Why couldn’t she stop thinking about Regina George? Why couldn’t she stop thinking about her lips and her hair and her body and- and-

Cady went to her window and opened it, almost immediately getting hit by a small pebble. She looked below and saw none other than Regina George.

Regina George who was wearing standing under her window, “Cady! We need to talk”

Talk about what? How Regina had toyed with her just as she had with those boys? At least they got to kiss her.

“No can do, Regina,”

“Cady, please, come on,” Regina looked at her hopefully, Regina George didn’t beg to anyone. Cady muttered something about ‘petty girls’ and it being the ‘middle of the night’ as she made her way downstairs to the front door silently gesturing for Regina to follow her.

Regina sat in her room like she didn’t know what to do with herself, she smoothed out her skirt and sat on the bed. “Cady,” she started , “I, I believe you deserve better and I wish that someone would give you that”

Cady’s throat went dry, Regina couldn’t be-

Regina carried on, “And you deserve someone who is comfortable in what they are and- and is ready to treat you like you deserve not someone who can’t even-“

“Godamnit Regina!” Cady almost screamed before remembering her parents were asleep, “I want you and I’ll wait, I’ll wait however long it takes but-“

Cady wiped the tears from her eyes, shuffling closer to Regina on the bed and curling up against her. “But I don’t need to hear that from you, you’re amazing Reggie.”

They stayed like that for a while, Regina wiping Cady’s tears as she had one arm around Cady’s shoulder.

“I’ll make the wait worth it Cady, I swear”

Everyone knew who Regina George was; a new singer who had risen from obscurity to shockingly high heights within weeks on the charts…

But they were both only human, she had to remember that.

“I still don’t think that’s the right statement, Reggie, you really hurt that guy’s feelings,” Sydney heard Cady Heron before she saw her perched on a table- one leg crossed over the other- Sydney hid in the doorway, watching, “We don’t want to get any backlash now.”

Regina George appeared, slamming both palms on both sides of Cady, standing between her legs, “He was a cunt, Cady- talking about you like that.” She shook her head, her already messy hair from her performance flying everywhere, “He can go fuck himself!”

Cady shook her head defeated, “Whatever floats your boat, Reggie,” Cady lowered her voice, “but if you’re looking for retribution: be smart. That’s what we do.”

Regina laughed, she and Cady were talking about something Sydney knew nothing about, “You know all about smart revenge don’t you Cady?” She traced her jaw.

“It’s my speciality,” Cady laughed it off, flushing and leaning in for a kiss.

Sydney stepped back, the floor creaking. Cady whipped her head around, “What are you doing here?”

Shit. Sydney looked away in embarrassment, “I was hoping you’d sign my shirt,” she mumbled as her eyes darted back and forth trying to make sense of the hushed whispers between Regina and Cady.

“Fine,” Regina acquiesced; signing the shirt with her face on it, “Don’t talk about this, okay?”

Sydney nodded, “Never.”

Once Sydney got into the car she took out her camera. Hell yeah, the tabloids would love these..

I really slacked on cadina week this year so pretty much everything is still just sketches so ill just be posting whatever i have

for day one i did fame au and sorta secret relationship. the idea is that regina is famous and known for being a massive bitch, but with cady shes all soft for her and cady is the only one who's able to melt away her icy exterior. on top of this, photographers and papparazzi have been deperately trying to get a picture of the "mystery girl" that Regina George has been spotted with, but no one can get close enough without regina seeing and making them piss themselves. regina wants to keep cady all to herself and cady doesnt want cameras or microphones being shoved in her face so theyre both happy with keeping their relationship out of the public eye (maybe add on that regina isnt out). basically cady has scary dog privilege and thats what gave me the idea for this au in the first place
