Eisen is the last of my Frieren art for now! He's the alternate side of Stark's charm!

Coneflowers are often for physical strength, health and protection. The colours here differ somewhat from the ones I gave Stark. In addition to the red I included yellow for happiness shared with others, as well as white that can sometimes mean eternity or long standing. Though Eisen is not as old as Frieren he does feel as though he deserves this noted.

Valerian often is used to signify the awareness of what to come, strength and health. And black-eyed susans are often justice, as with Eisen getting revenge for his home.

Here is my Himmel the Hero, the alternate side to my Frieren charm!

As with Frieren, I featured him with Nemophila (the flower which blue moon weed from the series seems based on) and poppies.

Along with the meanings of innocence, tender care, and calmness for Nemophila I gave in my Frieren post, I wanted to expand here with another side. In Hanakotoba, the Japanese flower language, these flowers can also mean success & victory, "I forgive you" and to be sweet. They are also sometimes a symbol of peace, much like how the hero's quest started a time of peace for the land.

Continuing to the poppy. Poppies are overwhelmingly a symbol of peace and remembrance. White in particular, rather than being associated with blood spilled on the battlefield, symbolize life without conflict, here used to represent the rest of Himmel's life after the Demon King. They are heavily associated with sleep due to their natural sedatives and were offerings for the dead in Greek & Roman tradition.

However, a departure from the sadder poppy meanings is its Japanese meaning. In hanakotoba, a red poppy means fun loving, symbolic of deep emotion, and serves as a reminder to have & remember good times. Sound familiar? It is also a flower to show passionate love between a couple.

Next up is of Heiter the priest! He is on the alternate side of my Fern charm.

His flora here matches those I gave to Fern, but with some key distinctions. Unlike the blue violets of his pupil, I chose to include Beckwith's Violets, with their maroon top petal and lighter lower petals, as well as the Canadian White variety, that comes in white and light purples.

Along with their meanings attached to faith, magic and innocence, there's the additional association with healing from these potent flowers. In ancient Rome some varieties of violets were even used to make wine, which I'm sure Heiter here would enjoy more than the purity white flowers tend to show. Superstitions include violets keeping malevolent spirits at bay, wearing them on your head to keep from getting too drunk, and placing them on your pillow to ensure a restful sleep.

Ferns, as mentioned before represent magic, healing, sincerity, but most importantly for Heiter family and hope for the future. They also in the Victorian Era were given to show trustworthiness in someone.

I am slipping and behind sharing art evenly on my socials, time to get the rest of the Frieren flower set here! This time we're here with Stark!

For Stark here, I used three main flowers.

The first and largest is the coneflower, a large member of the daisy family. It has associations with medicine and healing to native Americans, sometimes called elk root. Their other name, Echinacea, comes from their spiny center, using the Greek word 'ekhinos', which means sea urchin or hedgehog. It holds meanings of strength, wellness, health. The red coneflower, in particular, can also mean passion or assertiveness and was used to declare love or relationships. They attract Bees and butterflies and can endure even droughts and fires.

From the same family of flowers I also included some Black-Eyed Susans. This hardy flower is highly adaptable and grows all year round. The symbolize encouragement, motivation and resilience, which went well with Stark's training. They can also mean justice, which fits with his need to be stronger after demons destroyed his village. The name Black-Eyed Susan comes from a poem of a woman who cried her eyes black looking for her lover, and is about a long earned reunion.

Lastly, the small white flowers are Valerian. From the literal Latin valere meaning to be strong and healthy, the meaning is unsurprising. They are also known to help with anxiety, fatigue, and aches. Aside from strength and health, it symbolizes readiness & awareness of what is to come. Sometimes, it is given to show loyalty or faith, or the want for that to grow.

Sooooo Bleach au time? Soooo I meant to finish these for @oumota-events Oumota Weekened free prompt but was drowning in deadlines, so a few days late. There's always time to eat, right? So I have been thoroughly entertained by Dungeon Meshi this season, and wanted to do a small mosaic for convention season, so here's the crew cooking away!
