Okay, y’all, can we finally put something to bed here. 

Angela is not Genji’s doctor. Angela is no one’s doctor. She is a nanotechnology researcher and a sometimes field medic. She is a trauma surgeon who was on the team that saved his life, sure, but the kind of doctor-patient relationship that folks are freaking out about was never there. She is not a GP. She never has been. It is very unlikely that she would have been involved in his ongoing treatment after the initial surgeries. 

I know that fandom plays up Angela being the person that everyone goes to with their minor injuries and illnesses, but in reality she is the head of medical at a major world organization… she doesn’t have time for minor injuries. Overwatch is a huge organization pre-fall, there were other doctors and medical professionals that took care of the day to day stuff, I will guarantee that to you. 

It is not unethical for a field medic to be in a relationship with a fellow soldier so let’s stop reaching for this excuse to try and hate on the ship.
