An Update on Tahseen's Campaign

Tahseen (@tahseenmush) has been fundraising for his family for a year. He is a father from the North of Gaza who has been doing his best to support his family. Tahseen's family has been starving for months, and he has been doing everything he can to raise the funds he needs to take care of them.

It's been a full year, and Tahseen is not even halfway to his goal. Prior to this past week, the last donations he received were 3-4 weeks apart. Currently, he is at €24k/€60k, and his campaign is moving very slowly. Here is the link to his GFM:

Running a few kilometers is normal, but running for many kilometers to try to get food is very terrible, especially with soldiers shooting, tanks firing shells, hundreds of thousands of people and dozens of martyrs A lot of fear, screaming and trying to get food and a live meeting. I experienced all of this today in the Zikim area, the far north of the Gaza Strip. It was very, very terrifying, more than you expect. It was as if I was in a survival horror movie. The occupation is the one killing and the people are the victims. My heartbeat was accelerating every minute. The next bullet will be in me or the shell I hear is coming towards me. Dozens of martyrs are lying on the ground. We cannot help them. Whoever is injured and bleeding will continue to bleed until he dies. No one can approach him and he will remain in his place. How long will we continue with these fears and this terror? How long will I continue running and running and hiding from death to get a kilo of sugar or a liter of vegetable oil or a kilo of flour? Help a single mother of two small children in north Gaza

Maha and her two children Joan (7) and Khalil (5) are displaced in north Gaza. They are still in besieged Beit Lahiya, and need funds for transportation out of the area ($500 usd) and rent for shelter (about $2,000 usd). They also need to purchase Joan's medication, which is $500 usd, and $200 usd to buy a bag of flour that is not soiled by insects and/or mold. Anything you can give, no matter how small it seems, will help this young family survive genocide.

“My name is Reem from Gaza, I am 32 years old. I am a mother of five children, Sahar, 14 years old, Dana, 13 years old, Mona, 9 years old, Malak, 6 years old, and Yahya, 2 years old. My husband, Fahed, is the manager of the gym. In this war, our house was completely destroyed and razed to the ground. My husband lost his job. We were completely displaced, and we are now homeless and unemployed. My children constantly suffer from diseases due to malnutrition and water pollution.

Danger and death surround us all day and all night. We have lost everything and depend on donations to survive and, most of all, to have any hope of escaping this genocide and evacuating to safety in Egypt. The cost of daily living continues to rise dramatically in Gaza - imagine that we cannot find flour to make bread (a bag of flour costs $500) We cannot find milk for our son because of its high price. There is no kind of detergent and this is the cause of my children's skin diseases. We bought a bar of soap for $30! And detergents are $100.

Please help. Any funds raised will be used for daily survival (this campaign is for the basic needs of life) and, if enough is raised, to enable the evacuation of Gaza.
