a proud, tough digimon whose fighting spirit is seldom matched, who tends to be aggressive and volatile but can thankfully actually think before throwing a punch. he has a habit of basing self-worth, and the worth of others’ opinions and even lives, on how well they can hold their own also - not the best way of doing things, especially in his position. the way to his respect is through the fist alone, but once you have it you have a valuable equal and ally.

amamon, child guardian of water

gentle, soft-spoken and slow to anger, amamon is the most adaptable and level-headed of the six, although her avoidance of conflict and flexible mindset arguably make her somewhat of a pushover. she’s very quick to jump into a protective role over her younger partner and anybody else who shows themselves as kind and true to her values, and will fight for those she cares about with a power and drive that is far from apparent in her appearance and demeanour.
