Mastery Journal Business Venture Research

The original goal for this course was totally fulfilled. I wanted to know the best ways to gather information about my market and implement my findings. I am currently prototyping a program to fit the needs of my clients and my life as a new mom. In six weeks I will have completed my client base research. Interestingly, people are telling others about this free trial in exchange for feedback prototype program and hopefully I will gain new clients for the future.  I am also working with a rebranding specialist to clear my vision and cement my purpose in this discipline. Life coaching using alternative medicines is deeper than planning and coaching. It is an intuitive flow that moves through the energy clearing and heals the deepest levels of the client. Seeing such a transformation is not easy to express in an elevator pitch or flyer. I am using this research to further my ability to use the tools that I have available. I have created an event after the holidays for all the people I know to gather and network. I know so many random characters however, they all are very conscious individuals and can assist one another. Other groups like this cost money to join and network with. I am excited for everyone to gather and share trends, information, and build a network. I did not use the tools I assumed I would. I was originally focused on using Lynda as a resource for SEO and creating interviews etc. I will however continue to seek this information outside of class material. The class material did help motivate me and show me which direction I am already headed in. I was surprised that pivoting comes quite natural to me. In my mind I was afraid of it until I read about all the different types of pivoting.  I also enjoyed getting clear in the Smart Canvas exercise. That canvas is going to come in handy in the future. I am so excited to have such amazing tools so in case I do not continue with this business, I am valuable in any discipline I apply myself even if I decided to work for someone for a period of time. I got a lot out of the discussions as well. We made a presentation about our business showcasing different aspects. Projects really help me see what I am focused on and where my focus needs to be. I also liked discussing with my peers about our businesses and the problems we are solving.   I will never forget the amazing aspects of using primary or secondary research and will never fear getting the facts to grow as there are many ways to do so. Research is not a daunting painful extensive experience. It makes growth. Thank you.
