For legs I’m working on my pistol squats and I also do weighted squats. Should I also add deadlifts or hip thrusts (the barbell kind). I’m not sure lmk!

Just did 15 push ups in a row with good form!! I’ve spent a few months correcting my form so being able to do them without arching my back and with proper hand placement and angles feels AMAZING
