July 8 ; meal log + journal.

I'm feeling really full, and I didn't want to journal, but I promised myself consistency, so here I'm.
I had a yogurt bowl with half a mango, a kiwi, two scoops of low-fat yogurt, like a sprinkle of a mix of seeds, and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar (~260 kcal).
THEN I had half a package of premade curry rice with 100g of shrimps (~360kcal).
AND on top of that, I had a glass of soda and a Gatorade.
Total intake: ~873 kcal
Thoughts: I feel fat.

I only had a protein smoothie around 8pm. A bunch of frozen mango, 1 protein yogurt (117 calories), 2 stevia packets, and a little bit of milk, maybe 100ml. DELICIOUS and low cal.
total intake: ~300 calories.

Very proud of myself today =D I woke up early and did all of my work. I want to move from my apartment. I don't have the best memories here, and my dogs are old and they cannot be up and down the stairs, it's also very cold here. This place just doesn't have good vibes.
I went to see a place today, and it was way better than I expected. I kinda fell in love with it, and I'm already making arrangements to move in. The girl showing me the place was also soo nice, which is unusual.

I just binged I don't remember what I ate during the week but the last two days I only had 250 calories
My belly hurts and I am craving chocolate but I don't want to go out maybe I'll make myself a coffee.
I have a bag full of frozen mango I think I will be eating that and protein yogurts for a few days until I'm done with mangos. Should I see how much weight I lose?
