I'm planning on posting more often, most likely some new audios of my guitar arrangements and performances, or perhaps some snippets of audio from songs I've started to learn/ songs I enjoy playing. :) I plan on recording a few pieces such as "Needle and the damage's done" - Neil Young, "Blackbird" - The Beetles, "Tears in Heaven" - Eric Clapton, etc.

My twin brother Rhys (left) and I (right) have been playing music since we were young children and we continue to do so. Rhys is a talented pianist who currently studies piano at a grade 6 AMEB level. Much of his spare time is spent practicing and playing 'people pleasers' and popular songs from artists such as Coldplay, The Beatles, Jarrod Radnich and Jon Schmidt. As for myself, I play guitar at a grade 4 standard and have been playing the guitar for roughly three and a half years after previously quitting the piano to pursue the instrument. Much of my leisure time is spent playing popular songs from artists such as Mumford & Sons, The Beatles, Eric Clapton and Matt Corby. We play multiple genres of music and have an incredibly wide range of music appreciation. We each have a passion for music and both love to experiment with new songs, genres and instruments (though we generally stick to piano and guitar). My passion for music is genuine and I strongly believe that music will be a big part of my life until my final days.

The Daily Melodies project is an exercise in creativity. Short pieces are composed and recorded in 1 day, usually within a 2 hour period. Originally the pieces were created on a daily basis, hence the name! I really hope you enjoy the music.

Is a project that started as an avenue to use the creative mind more frequently, in an attempt to overcome creative blocks. The pieces are composed and recorded after breakfast each morning and posted online, free to listen, download and share.

I’m fine with being thought of as a guitar player, and if I can get any recognition or respect for doing that, that’s a pretty good thing for me.

I think its so cool that you can pick up the guitar and create something that didn't exist 5 minutes ago. You can write something that no ones ever heard before. You literally have music at your fingertips.

My guitar is not a thing. It is an extension of myself. It is who I am.
