I haven't felt this way in so long. My life is pretty decent atm, I've not got much to worry about other than finding a new job but I'm not even that worried about it. Triggered at approx 2am, it's now 3.50am and I'm coming out of it and feeling semi normal. However, I've bitten the shit out my nails. Ugh. Piss off mental health.
Lots of thoughts about my dream last night. It's really rather annoying, it's not real so why is it effecting me so? It's not real, it didn't happen, stop over thinking and worrying about something that never happened Jen.
