Why does making food take energy and its never the same amount. As soon as I think I have a few meals down that I will still have energy/motivation to eat. I can't even though I know its good and that I'll like it and that I need to. If I force my self it's just tastes bland and I don't want to swallow even though it's the same as before and I loved it I just don't it. Painting and improving this meat mech is a pain in the ass sometimes

I've been sucking at doing my weekly wrap ups on Sunday so I may move them to Tuesday as thats when I start thinking about it a lot but that's going forward here's last week 3/9 -3/16
Daily Goals For The Week
Track calories 6/7 (one day a friend made me food and I didn't know how to calculate) ✅️
Brush my teeth once a day twice ↙️
Do 15 mins of intentional movement i forgot to track but did movement most days ↗️
Weekly Goals
Lose weight -1.8 lbs ✅️
Eating withing my target calories of 2000-2400 6/6 days a week ✅️
Gym attendance level 1: 3/3 days a week✅️
Gym attendance level 2: 3/4 days a week❌️
Gym workout goals: burn 2000 Cal ❌️, 4 hours working out❌️, and 12 miles of cardio over the week❌️
Daily step/activity goals: 2/5 days complete
6000 steps, 1 hr of active time, burn 400 cal
Mend or darn 4 things of clothing none ❌️
Finish big garden bed at work ✅️
Read at least 1 chapter of my library book i started ✅️ (finished 2 books)
Over All a pretty good week especially as im working full time again.

I may be nothing but a plant with emotions but you bet I'm going to be one of those prolific and hardy weeds
Fuck yeah concrete! mentality has gotten me so much futher than wishing and waiting for "perfect" conditions
This also has had me reaching out to my local community more. Every plant is part of an ecosystem and must rely on what's around them.

Another one: I can and I will keep going no matter if I win or fail 💖
