the death god's toothy grin faded away like dust specks in the wind. when was the last time he has met a lamb? not too long ago, but what is the meaning of time for a deity? they were always so naive and jumpy and eager to please, and despite being his chosen one, a lamb will always be a lamb. there are certain things that will never change.

( but wasn't he the one who dismantled the very natural order of life? could this vessel do the same one day? )

in a rather brusque way he threw his body back to its original position, thus leaning away from the lamb. perhaps it is too early to try to approach them as a true red crown vessel, so he will speak just like he would with a plain lamb.

fifo was sacrificed for the bishops, just like many others of his followers after he was shackled, and thus making him unable to be revived by narinder since he could not extend his power to his siblings' followers thanks to them severing their ties with him.

fifo is gone forever. :)

when narinder was a bishop, he too had his own cult and followers, just like his brethren. one of them stood out as his most dedicated sheep: fifo, the white fox.

there was not a single, waking moment since the fated lamb was picked as his one true crusader where fierce advantageous, sight wasn't paying close attention to them.

the one who waits had been following the young vessel as they ventured upon such vast and perilous world, not as a slaughter animal, but as a god, reincarnated. as long as they bear the power of his crown, those days are gone. nothing shall stop them and their gory rampage.

and yet, even warriors can falter when the weight of their bloodstained sword become too heavy to bear. leshy may be the weakest of his family, but he is a formiddable beast to those who haven't mastered the art of combat yet, even without his eyes.

the bishop of death has called the martyr to his ether, sparing their fleece from any further harm. rather than sounding harsh, the renegade one's words were instead laced with a strange hint of tenderness. ( whether it is a facade or genuine, remains a riddle for the gods. )
