I’m curious—why do Lyra’s top hands have fingers but the bottom ones don’t?

when Lyra were proclaimed as an archangel of Eden, Gods "gave them one of their hands" which is why one wing/hand looks like Moon's and another looks like Sun's. Their main hands on their body is their, well, normal hands, because all angels here have no fingers, expect for thumbs. Lyra can use their wings with fingers for all sorts of things... like they're using a phone with them here haha

So as not to repost this post for no reason, I'll tell you a little fun fact Imri represents the unrelenting human spirit, stubborn and going through insanity to complete his goal. He's scared, yes, but he pushes emotions aside: they stand in the way. While the City here represents fear. Like, an actual hysteric terrifying fear. Fear so intense that you don't control yourself anymore, you fight for your life.

Okay, Real Talk: Who would win in a fight to the death? The Sun and the Moon, or the Devil?

of course the gods, because, well, they're gods. Ever forgiving, they'd let Devil live... just somewhere down on the earth. Out of sight out of mind, you know. Devil hates them. Sun and Moon look down upon him, in all senses.

how on earth do you make the pixel-y textures in your art? do you paint it like that or use filters etc? when you said it usually takes you 6-7 hours to paint a picture it finally hit me that you do in fact *paint* your art (i think i thought you were using magic, maybe wishing upon a star or using dark spells) i would be so curious to see what a painting looks like at like hour 2 out of 7. your art is so so so rad and cool and out of this world and i’m so enchanted by everything you make

If you mean texture like on the art on my last post, then it's dithering. I have a tut on my side blog about how I use it, I don't use it much lately, and in the last art I applied it to match the texture on my 3d model.

and this is how my art looks on hour 2 usually. I do a sketch, then go delusional and lay out colors, then merge everything (if it wasn't on one layer already), then I copy this layer in case I'm gonna need to undo everything and then I start to render. I always render on one layer.

and that's a wip, I guess...

how long does it usually take you to draw a piece?

Depends on how much mental energy I have... Usually it takes two evenings (like 6-7 hours maybe?) to finish a not complicated fully rendered piece. I can work faster, if I don't procrastinate and stop staring into the wall
