About the Russian invasion - how is everyone feeling there? What can we do to help?

A little bit of history: it's actually been 8 years since russia first invaded our country. But for the last years it was getting more and more quiet. And now BOOM again

Many people evacuated from the destroyed by war cities in 2014 and some still live there even though they support Ukraine. It's hard to leave your home. So it's emotionally different for everyone. There was a joke that people from Kyiv worry more than people from Eastern Ukraine. Because they have experienced a similar thing in 2014 and now they're more prepared than ever before.

Personally, I'm panicking from time to time, because, yup, it's stressful. Most people don't really speak about the war and evacuation because it's scary. But I feel like everyone's trying to be prepared for the evacuation or fighting. Every night does feel like a last one, after all.

Since the beginning of the war, our people have been giving money to military charity. One of the most famous military charities is "Return alive" (Povernysya zhivim). Many Ukrainians donate here every month. Here is a link for Facebook page of the charity, let me know if it translates to English or if i should make a post with translation:

There is also a charity that helps military. Yana Zinkevych, a Ukrainian politician and a commander of the Hospitallers Medical Battalion, leads this charity. In 2015 she was paralyzed during a mission and since then she has been using a wheelchair. She has personally saved more than 200 soldiers and she's awesome.

I tried to write about the charities that Ukrainians trust in. They are famous, they have been trusted by people all these years, so as far as I am concerned, they can be trusted.

So I was like reading the Harry potter and the deathly hallows again like for the upteenth time. so I imagined myself as Harry-y'all can call me koala- and like I time travel and replaced Harry.and I geniusly I thought of teaching Hagrid- hips don't lie by Shakira.

Wrong thought.

And he uses it in a wrong situation.

He would be like "nevr relly know ya-know-who-must-not-be-named cud dance like dat innit?"

"Hagrid what the-" Hermione.

Hagrid looked at me-horrified. "I din't use it right?"

I smacked my lips shut to control the laughter bubbling in my chest.

"ow. I really don't know if to crucio you for always hurting me or crucio voldy for shaking his non existent hips, horrifying hagrid in the process."

She rolled her eyes. "You need to sort out your priorities"

I quirked my left brow at her. "Golden coming from you." She scrunched her brows, confused. "Before the both of you get me killed. Or worst; expelled" I mocked her of what she said to me and Ron during our first year.

She laughed. Those were the days.

Ps: Ron was the one being chase by voldy and we were just watching it. Wonderful. Something he does apart from stuffing his face with food. I won't blame him tho.

I was at home preparing for my upcoming science exam and my flat is on the 4th storey. There is this basketball court downstairs and I heard a person singing 'LITTLE EINSTEINS'. HE (A GUY) went like "WE'RE GOING ON A TRIP IN OUR FAVOURITE ROCKET SHIP" and then went out to look down and saw three guys huddled in the middle of the court singing. "ZOOMING THROUGH THE SKIES LITTLE EINSTEINS." the other one continued and the third one, "CLIMB ABOARD" and I joined them like the idiot I am, "GET READY TO EXPLORE! THERE'S SO MUCH TO FIND." and then silence. It was dark so they can't see me like I can. THEN WE JUST CONTINUED IN CHORUS. "LITTLE EINSTEINS!!" and burst out laughing,, hahaha
