"I was driven by a clear vision and specific goals and felt it was time to division out and run my own company," he says. "Red has more than lived up to my goals of what an agency should be. Red is much more than a reservation organization. We have taken on a lot of administration duties for the designers and have worked with the performers to continue to build their professions. Now I finally have the independence to broaden. At Red we do what's right for our performers. I've a personal hands-on partnership with every specialist on our roster. When an specialist signs on with us, they become portion of the Red team of agent, artist and manager.
