A view from my very first Sedona hike last year. We hadn't looked up any trails ahead of time so we just wandered around anywhere we could pull off the road. Right now, I'm sitting at work, surrounded by 3 computer screens, fending off a migraine from the monsoon pressure changes, and dreaming of wandering down a trail through the trees and red earth of Sedona ♡ (at Sedona, Arizona)

Watson Lake, AZ...I am covered in dried mud and dried blood, my legs and bum are sore, but most of all, my heart is very full 💗 I set out to do the loop trail around the lake, but instead I ended up on my own path, filled with 8.7 miles of climbing, jumping, balancing, and challenging myself. I'm thrilled to have spent my day this way and look forward to sharing many more photos from the adventure! (at Watson Lake)
