Struggling through my archaeology methods course. I'm much more of an arts student than science so this has been an intimidating course but it's good to step outside comfort zones.

ig: herdrafts There is nothing more gratifying for a methodical person when everything goes according to plan from the beginning of the day until the sun set. I’m talking about a long day of various and indispensable readings, writing their reviews which is my main purpose when I enjoy a book, and continue my languages study on my own. It isn’t something of great relevance but usually all these tasks can’t be carried out in a single day. I’m proud of my little efforts !

some notes on the theory behind documentary film. focused on direct cinema/cinema verite and the different types of implementation of it in several countries with different views on the true meaning of the documentary!

also started my day early and saw my psychiatrist, i find it important to prioritize mental health while in school if I don’t want to resent these years

Happy new year everybody! ✨🙏 Did you set your 2020 reading challenge? I’ve read 41 books of my goal of 20, it was such a great year speaking of readings. For this year I’ll try to reach 40 books or more, in particular non-fiction and classics. I can’t wait to dive into new inspiring reads, and posting nicer content.  I’ve got a gorgeous planner and a new sketchbook + a liner 0.3 as Christmas gift; I’d like to fill this one with architecture - classical sculptures I used to draw when I was at university.
