“ really?? i mean, its been pretty slow for two ticket booths i’m sure i’ll have some time to help out. ” cj mused with a shrug of his shoulders, he remembered the petite girl from highschool and wouldn’t mind catching up with me.

“yeah. i’m quick and efficient, but the goats… they eat things. like, everything. one stole a snow cone from a little girl and made her cry and the mom acted like it was my fault. i’m sorry your kid doesn’t have the common sense to keep food away from animals, but these animals were literally raised in a barn so have to sense of personal space or belonging,” she said before letting out a huff. “but yeah. help would be nice if you’re able to escape this boredom prison.”

flashing the small girl a friendly smile, he reached for the name tag stickers and a black sharpie. he scribbled down ‘mouse :)’ before handing over the tag. “ mini zoo?? how come everyone else got the fun stuff.” he chuckled softly, his fingers brushing through his dark hair. “ how are you doing?? it’s been wild seeing everyone lately.”

“i need a helper at the zoo. it’s fun, but i can’t keep track of all the goats and pigs at the same time,” she said as she stuck the name tag on her shirt. “i’m good. tired. but good.”

his eyebrow raised at her words, shrugging his shoulders softly. " eh -- i'm sure they picked the right people for the job." he chuckled softly. " hey -- just trying to be safe, you know?? did you volunteer or you just here for a ticket??"

“Aw c’mon. You’re a pretty guy. I’m sure plenty of people would line up to kiss you. Everyone has mouth herpes nowadays, right?” she joked with a smile.
