i don't think anyone remembers me, and i sure hope they don't.

in case it needs to be said for future reference, not much of anything on this blog is an accurate representation of who i am as a person anymore. i'm not an exclusionist (of any kind), radfem/gencrit, mcyt/dsmp fan, or whatever else normal people may rightfully find repulsive.

if you manage to associate this blog with any others that i'm currently on (which hasn't actively been done yet afaik, but i do fear it), then i hope you believe i've changed and grown as a person for the better, especially out of my attitude that i was better/smarter than anyone who disagreed with me and i was above criticism. three years ago i was very angry about a lot of events taking place online, both to myself and others in similar positions to me, that i perceived as injustice, but i was not mature enough to react properly or otherwise interact with other people respectfully.

i've never tended to like people who pull this card (usually to weaponize it) but i do think the fact that i was a minor during my time on this account (also being my first one for tumblr) is relevant to how much i've developed. although i hadn't noticed it before while it was happening, there is a significant difference between 16 and 19 that would take me a while to accept since i didn't believe a lot of change occurred by the time we reached our later teen years. perhaps i'm just impatient since it's much more obvious in hindsight despite not being immediate, or maybe i conflicted that more complex notion with (what i still stand by refuting) the ridiculous concept that everyone seems to apply to serious situations in which we become completely mature and shift into entirely new people between 17 + 18 after deciding that's the cutoff for the window of being minors, quite literally overnight.

anyway, with that whole rant out, if it wasn't for the fact that sometimes i come back here to find something i'd (re)posted that would otherwise be gone forever, i'd have deactivated this account a long time ago. maybe in the future i'll create a private blog and just archive a bunch of stuff so that i can.

i was definitely a bad person during my time on here, without a doubt ljdlgjhkfkjg trust me when i say i’m much better now. i still have some natural internalized issues as a result from undiagnosed BPD that i have to sort through, but i really do handle criticisms and dissenting opinions better, i promise. just wanted to check in if anyone remembers or even still follows this blog who doesn’t hate me for who i was then and give an update after a year and some months.

you can set whatever boundaries you want to on touching or being touched. you can set whatever boundaries you want to on kissing or physical affection. you get to choose what steps you take in your relationship, what your journeys together look like, and how you define them.
