Someone, definitely not @mintea326 and @minervasgrl , had suggested the fandom draw more Minnie. Luckily for them, this was still in my drafts so they could get tagged!

Anyways, since Minnie is in my Ericson au, I decided to draw her and Violet. This was supposed to be a flashback for my story, showing when they were still dating. It's supposed to show the beginning of the end as Minnie starts to change. Problem is, I think she looks much older than a high schooler so now it's just college age ig.

Some things I want to point out

Minnie is absolutely yolked in my Ericson Au. Simply bc I feel like Vi would fawn over muscles and cuz Minnie is a bully in the story. She bulks up to look intimidating

Originally, I drew this as a year prior to when my Au took place so Minnie's hair was longer and Vi had less piercings.

In any modern Au I see Vi being alt to some degree. In this, Vi and Minnie are alt but while Vi's love for the style is genuine, Minnie is just using the spikes and black to look more intimidating.

Also this took me forever to finish. I started this in April and just never came back to it until now??

This is such a twilight ass filter

What I respect about Telltale's TWD is how it depicts actual panic.

It's easy to say that this character should have done this and that, but actual panic doesn't let you. There's no thought behind it, it's pure instinct.

Of course Kenny ran off with Duck instead of helping Shawn. His instincts told him to grab his kid and run to safety.

Of course Ben ran away without Clementine. He's a scared teenager who ran away from danger like his body told him too.

These aren't acts of malice, they aren't choosing to do these things, everything in them is screaming to run and they can't stop themselves.

Panic is natural, it's powerful, and even those trained for it still fall apart because of it.

So yes, it would have been better if things had turned out a different way, what you can't blame people for how they act when they're afraid, their brains are just trying to keep themselves alive.
