Summary:

Soren takes Pyrrah and Corvus on an unsanctioned mission to track down and capture a dark mage with ties to his sister. When things go awry, Soren finds himself relearning what kind of Captain and man he can be when he's standing beside the right person.

One of my two unmarked assignments has been handed sent back to me - thankfully it’s good! About the same scores as my previous assignments in this class

It’s from the same class as my assessment due at the end of the week, which means I have one more shot to improve my grade in this class

I’m aiming for something in the mid to high 90s…if I can actually FIX MY INTERPRETATIONS

Ouch one of my assignments in a course that determines whether I can continue being a research student just came back with a shitty grade. Thankfully, even though it brought my overall grade down by a…concerning amount, I’ve just barely maintained my GPA for that class

Now I just have to hope that the last few projects (2 handed in but unmarked, 1 due at the end of the week) do reeeeallllly well

shout out to helen_of_sparta_defender on tiktok bc they had a post talking about how if jason, nico and percy were the ones who fell into tartarus, it would’ve been better for everyone in terms of development and still keeping tartarus dangerous and powerful because the big 3 kids have to work together to get through it (they make the point how tsats made it feel the opposite). it would give room for underdeveloped friendships to develop cough cough annabeth with literally everyone cough cough, added a different aspect to percabeth, would’ve given room for hazel to have her ‘big 3 kid’ moment etc (please go check out the og post on tiktok) who’s gonna start writing
