I haven't abandoned this story. I just put it on the back burner for now. The story is just on a small vacation. It is currently out of office. It can't come to the phone right now. It just fell under my bed to sleep with the monsters. It never left my head. It is everywhere - except on paper.

Says 勉強しなさい（べんきょうしなさい）which is like a gentle-ish command that says "Go study". Felt like the なさい just fit better here. This is for my Japanese students, so I will probably make stickers of this as well LOL

The inking layer messed up majorly (never using the textured pen again), so I couldn't color quite how I wanted, but I still think it turned out nice! Last piece I'll finish for a while

First on the left we have Clarence (Clare) and Charlotte at their royal wedding, looking very unhappy. Then, we have Silas and Emmeline at their wedding ten years earlier in the novel, looking happy as can be ;u;

Unfortunately, these two marriages don't last (for reasons explained in the novel). Don't worry! The two grooms have a little something in store for them after 10 years of being enemies! :D

Art from my novel, Your Majesty, the King! (YMtK) I've been writing this for five years come this september, and it really has a special place in my heart for not only being my longest project (170+ chapters), but also my first completed project (...soon).

I've been out with an ulcer and dealing with IRL weirdos, so it's been very hard to keep writing with my health. I'm trying really hard to get to that finish line to show off my two sons as happy as possible after a long road as enemies, now lovers!

This project has caused me a lot of anxiety, and I always worry if my writing was good enough for this, but I think the improvement to my art and writing was well worth it ;;
