NotForgotten!AU Concept (SU)

I have an idea for an AU.

Sorry for my bad “engrish”.

Next things that you’ll be reading have some Steven Universe series and movie spoilers so be careful.

What if Pink Diamond told about rebellion and invite her in there? What if Spinel wasn’t forgotten in the garden? 

Well...

Global events:

Firstly, Spinel became a second gem that knew about “Pink Diamond = Rose Quartz” thing. Spinel was hiding secret from everyone all time like Pearl.

They had no idea they knew one same secret so they talked like well-known friends.

War was much easier for Crystal Gems’ side because of Spinel’s powers and some other things:

In some reason, Spinel became a best friend for Bismuth. They had some similar views. They wanted to shatter Diamonds.

They wanted them to disappear. But Spinel understood that Rose/Pink will not be happy of Breaking Point’s invention, that’s why Spinel and Bismuth decided to go and made this themselves. All in all, they shattered Diamonds. 

Most of Crystal Gems and Rose rejected Spinel and Bismuth. They had to ran away.

Some of gems stayed on Earth and decided to make their own town (like from SU:Movie / SU:Future), some of gems flew away to Homeworld but repaired warp pads and coming sometimes.

Amethyst had some more good conditions for her and she had friendship with most of CGs.

Spinel returned to make it up to other gems. Some of them decline her, some of them tried to accept her after her crimes. Pink accepted her.

Main CGs (Garnet, Pearl, Amethyst) weren’t so much happy about Spinel’s returning, especially Pearl.

Next events - like in series - Rose met Greg and Rose got pregnant from him.

Everyone were upset about that. Pearl and Spinel were upset the most, but Spinel was more upset about her crime that she made when she wanted make for Pink because Spinel knew about Diamonds’ disregard to Pink and didn’t knew about Pink’s love to them. Spinel didn’t make it up to her and that fact make her obsessed with Rose but not like Pearl that loved her diamond.

After Steven’s birth, she lost herself. Everyday, she was at battlefield to sit and just crying about herself instead of being in her room. Until that day when Steven’s move to CGs’ home. 

After that day, she was with Steven and they became best friends (not like Steven with Amethyst, but similar enough). Her relationships to main CGs start to became better that it was earlier. 

But something gone wrong.... Bismuth returned. And not alone...

Some of old CGs took Bismuth’s side and they returned for revenge to Rose and to other CGs.

There’s start some part that I can’t imagine for now. Maybe you can :) Or you can wait for some sort of second part... I don’t really know.

Some little things:

There’s no Lapis Lazuli. She still trapped in the mirror and she’ll never (I think) be freed from there.

Peridot never was emerged because she emerged after the gems’ corruption by Diamonds.

Jasper was emerged but war was already over. She in Homeworld and never will be at Earth because of no reason.

Steven still the same like in the series. He don’t know about Spinel’s past.

Garnet still a leader but more dependent about her close friends.

Pearl still the same, but more trying to forget Rose and trying to her own life.

Amethyst become more happy and savage. She haven’t problems with Kindergarden anymore.

Spinel have similar behavior and personality like Pearl, but not so obsessed and more sad of her crimes. She still trying to make it up to CGs. Even when they became more friendly to her.

Homeworld haven’t their own leaders so no problems.

Greg still the same. Yea.

Greg don’t know about Spinel’s crime so he treat her good. Spinel don’t hate/disrespect Greg like Pearl because she understand that he don’t guilty.

Some series’ events not happened or have some difference. Connie is more smarter than the original.

Connie treat Spinel neutrally but thinks that “her optimism is suspicious”. Spinel treat Connie the same.

Most of Beach City citizens treat Spinel neutrally like they treat the main CGs.

Ronaldo have a theory about Spinel’s heart: “If we rotate this “heart”, we can see the true form”

CGs have some other forms, especially Spinel.

Bismuth become more bad-ass like and disrespectful to other gems. She still love her former friends (Main CGs, not Spinel) but she can’t just be with them because of her hate to Rose.

Bismuth thinks that Spinel is traitor. Their relationship is complicated. They were very big friends and always been together until Spinel change her mind about Rose, about what she did and just leaving Bismuth without a word. Spinel understand why Bismuth hates her but she didn’t hate her at all. She want Bismuth to return so much, but Bismuth lost her mind.

Other things:

Spinel’s form: 

Form that she made while war: Black short jacket with some star-shaped necklines on shoulders; white t-shirt with big pink star at center of this; short pink skirt with white strip below and white belt; pink shoes (like Pink’s shoes, but without pompons) with white strip below and white sole.

New form (series’ events): pink-black jacket (much longer) with big “torn-like” star-shaped neckline; black t-shirt (long as jacket); black pants with pockets; shoes the same
