Tumblr media
Around 10 million people in the UK suffer from some form of anxiety. It can have a strong negative influence on a person's daily life and health. A new supplement has shown its potential benefits for treating this problem. More and more people are using CBD oil in the UK.
CBD oils for anxiety - a new trend in the UK
Anxiety has become a common mental health disorder nowadays. From feeling unease and stress, to serious anxiety disorders, it is a widespread problem of the modern world. People in the UK are turning to different medicines and supplements for treating anxiety, including CBD oil.
Could CBD oil cure anxiety?
Although scientists refrain from considering CBD oil as a medicine for anxiety, there is some evidence that it may be helpful with treating it. With the growing research we got some reports of potential benefits of using CBD oils for anxiety.
Why are people searching for natural supplements to treat anxiety?
Anxiety is usually treated with psychotherapy and/or medications. But, many people are searching for other substances that can help with it besides medications. Some medications that are used for anxiety treatment can be very addictive and have unwanted side effects. That’s why some people reach for alternative treatment or natural supplements that can help them.
What is anxiety?
Basically, anxiety is how our body deals with stress. We feel this way normally in various situations when we are in great stress and or when we are in danger. But, people who suffer from chronic anxiety feel it even when they are not in real danger. In simple words, anxiety disorder is a prolonged feeling of worry or fear, which can vary from mild to intense, depending on the severity of someone's condition.
Common symptoms of anxiety are:
shaking
increased heartbeat
sweating
panic attack
nausea and other digestive problems
sleep problems
muscle tension
uncontrolled worry
Anxiety is usually treated with medications and different kinds of psychotherapy, or the combination of both.
What is the cause of anxiety?
Anxiety disorder can be influenced by various factors. Some events like death, sickness, loss and other highly stressful situations can lead to anxiety. Because of the fast pace of the modern world, high demands and uncertainty, stress is almost inevitable.
What is the solution for anxiety?
There is no easy solution, and dealing with anxiety can be a long and exhausting job. People deal with it in different ways.
Using CBD oil for anxiety is becoming popular in the UK, but also around the world. Let’s find out more about the properties of CBD and how it can be used for treating anxiety.
What is CBD?
CBD or cannabidiol is one of the cannabinoids found in the cannabis plant. Cannabis is usually known as a plant that makes you high. This is because of THC, a cannabinoid that has psychoactive effects on our body and alters our state of mind.
Unlike THC, CBD will not make you high. Nevertheless, it has an effect on our body that is worth mentioning.
The effect of CBD
CBD influences our nervous system in the way that helps our body go to homeostasis, a state of stability. We have a system in our body called endocannabinoid system, which is directing the homeostasis.
What is an endocannabinoid system?
The endocannabinoid system is a system of receptors in our body that is controlling other systems including:
immune system
digestive system
central nervous system
These systems are responsible for various conditions of our body, including stress, sleep, digestion, and general health. CBD connects with the receptors in the endocannabinoid system, balancing it and helping it reach homeostasis and stability.
Are there any side effects of using CBD oils for anxiety?
CBD is considered safe to use. Based on the research so far, you cannot overdose from it. Although rare, there are some side effects that you should be aware of.
The side effects of CBD
Some side effects of CBD oil, usually occurred with high dosages, may be:
dizzyness
vomiting and diarrhea
dry mouth
Can CBD damage our system?
Some studies showed that CBD could possibly have an influence on the liver and it could cause some kind of damage. That is one of the reasons why you should always consult your doctor about using CBD oil. Also, CBD can interact with various medications, and it is a smart idea to check with the doctor about possible outcomes if you are taking some medical drugs or supplements.
The use of CBD oil for anxiety
As we mentioned before, CBD is balancing the system in our body responsible for our well-being. It is balancing our mood, relaxing the muscles and nerves and maintaining the homeostasis.
Anxiety and the nervous system
The symptoms of anxiety are directly connected with our nervous system. In the state of anxiety, our body is tense, and our nervous system is in disbalance. Therefore, CBD can help reduce anxiety symptoms, balancing the endocannabinoid system and causing our body and mind to relax. That is the reason why CBD could be helpful with treating anxiety, since the imbalance in our endocannabinoid system can be the cause of such conditions.
When can I expect for the effect of CBD oil to kick in?
Many of us would like to know how fast we can feel the effects of CBD. Sometimes we want our anxiety symptoms, such as panic attacks or severe tension, to disappear as quickly as possible.
The answer to this question is not simple.
How long it will be before we feel the effect of CBD, and how long it will last, depends on various factors.
One of the main aspects is the method of use.
How to take CBD?
We will find CBD in various forms. The market is full of different products, among the most popular is CBD oil.
What is CBD oil?
CBD oil is the extract from hemp containing a certain amount of CBD, and usually no or very small amount of THC. It is mixed with some carrier oil such as coconut or olive oil, and we can take it as a drop sublingually.
CBD oil can also be mixed with other things to create various different products such as edibles and creams.
How soon does CBD oil work for anxiety?
Usually it takes between 30 minutes to a few hours for CBD oil to work. How fast you will feel the effect depends on how much and what you eat and generally your metabolism.
In most cases you will feel the effect in about one hour. The fastest way to feel the effect is vaping, which makes you feel it in a few minutes. But, people are still choosing CBD oil mostly because it’s convenient to use, easy for dosage and has a long lasting effect.
How long will the effect of CBD oil last?
Again, this depends on various factors like the speed of your digestive system, your diet and overall body condition.
Roughly speaking, the effect of CBD oil will last from 2 to 6 hours.
Is CBD legal in the UK?
In the UK, CBD is legal if it doesn’t contain THC. Be sure that you are buying a pure product from a reliable brand. Although the small amount of THC will not make you high, it could show up on the drug test.
THC remains illegal in the UK, so using CBD oil for anxiety does come with some risks if your product is not pure enough. But, besides that, CBD could be a promising supplement for easing the symptoms of anxiety.
Hopefully with more research, the potential benefits of CBD oil for anxiety will be clearer.
The use of CBD oil for anxiety in the UK - the bottom line
Judging by the still limited research and experience of users, the use of CBD oil for anxiety can show some benefits. For now, it is still considered a supplement, rather than a medicine.
Although it’s safe for use in most of the cases, you should use it wisely. It's a good idea to consult your doctor before using CBD.
Using CBD oil for anxiety in the UK could be a new trend, but it’s still a partially researched area. Hopefully more evidence about its benefits is yet to come.

If you were wondering how to take CBD oil to achieve the best possible effect for you, here is the answer.
The best ways to take CBD oil are:
Sublingually
Orally
Topically
But, what is the best way for you, you are wondering? It depends on why you use it. People use CBD oil to treat various conditions. You can choose the method of consumption which suits your condition best.
Here is a brief guide on how to take CBD oil regarding what you want to treat with it. But, to do that, let's find out the basic facts about CBD.
CBD oil - what is it, and how does it affect us?
CBD is a new trend in the world of natural supplements. It is taking over the world because it is offering seemingly harmless treatment for various conditions.
What are the facts about CBD provided by science? So far, we will find out that CBD research is still limited, although in constant progress. But, there is some information about CBD that is attracting attention. Studies showed some potential benefits of CBD, which attracts more and more people to try it out. CBD is one of roughly 113 different cannabinoids, which compose cannabis plants. Besides CBD, another famous cannabinoid is THC. THC is usually extracted from the marijuana plant. Marijuana is high with THC and low on CBD.
CBD is usually extracted from hemp.
Hemp and marijuana - what is the difference?
Marijuana is a widely illegal plant. That is because it has a famous psychedelic effect. Marijuana and THC will get you high, and this is why many countries classified it as a drug and forbid its production and use. On the other hand, hemp is legal in most countries, and it has a wide use. Hemp is a plant with a big potential. Hemp has been used for centuries for creating various products. It is used in the textile industry as a cheap and durable material. It is a 100% biodegradable and ecological product. Hemp has a big potential value and probably will be used more in the future.
The nutritional benefits of hemp are also known for a long time. Many people use hemp seeds or proteins in their diet, and it has a broad spectrum of potential health benefits. Although we still don't use the full potential of this plant, its popularity is growing day by day. The hemp plant is abundant with CBD and has a very low THC level, so it is commonly used for CBD extraction.
There are many ways to extract CBD from hemp. The most common are:
CO2 extraction
Solvent distillation
Oil extraction
CO2 extraction is a commonly used method in the industry of CBD products. The market is now flourishing with different products because of the growing use of CBD oil as a health supplement.
What are the potential benefits of CBD?
People find CBD oil helpful for treating various conditions. Most commonly, it is used to treat:
Insomnia
Anxiety
Nausea
Tremors
Pain
How to use CBD will depend mainly on the effect we want to achieve. The main effect of CBD is the relaxation of the body. To maintain this, CBD is connecting with the receptors in our endocannabinoid system. The endocannabinoid system is a system of receptors in our body responsible for various areas. It is influencing our sleep, appetite, immune and nervous system. It can help our body reach homeostasis, be more relaxed, reduce the pain and improve our overall condition.
Are there any side effects of CBD?
Before you find out how to take CBD oil, better become acquainted with its potential side effects. Side effects of CBD may include:
Fatigue
Vomiting
Diarrhea
Liver problems
The side effects are rare and usually show up with extremely high dosages. Nevertheless, you should consult your doctor before taking CBD. Besides the side effects, CBD can interact with some medications. Always consider possible interactions and use CBD oil under medical supervision.
How to use CBD oil?
There are three main methods of how to use CBD oil:
sublingually
orally
topically
Let'sLet's find out what are the differences between these methods and what should be the criteria of choosing.
How to use CBD oil sublingually
One of the most commonly used methods for CBD consumption is in the form of CBD drops. The drops are taken sublingually, and it is one of the fastest methods. The drops under our tongue will be absorbed very fast, and we can expect the effect in about 20 minutes.
The effect will wear off in a few hours or more, depending on the product's concentration. The dropper is easy to use, but it can still be tricky for getting the right dosage, compared to CBD capsules, for example.
Another downside is that the taste is not so great. According to the user's experience, CBD oil itself has a specific, not so pleasant taste. Some brands are adding some additional aromas to cover the taste, but it is still not everyone's cup of tea.
Pros
fast absorption
easy usage
lasting effect
Cons
specific taste
dosage is not easy
How to use CBD oil orally
We can eat CBD oil in many forms. From capsules to gummy bears, the brands made the use of CBD oil interestingly tasty. The best thing about this method of use is that we can find many different edibles and choose according to our taste.
The CBD industry has been creative, and you will find chocolates, cookies, gummies, and other delicious candies infused with CBD oil. Speaking of the effect, it will come slower compared to sublingual methods of use.
How fast you will feel the effect depends on a few factors:
how much did we eat
how fast is our metabolism
the ingredients of edibles
Roughly speaking, you will feel the effect in a few hours, and it will last longer than with sublingual use.
Pros
interesting and tasty variants of edibles
long-lasting effect
convenient for public use
Cons
the effect is kicking in slow
the intensity of the effect is lower than with other methods
How to use CBD oil topically
Like with edibles, there are also various products for the topical use of CBD oil. You will find different creams, massage oils and lotions, according to what you prefer. Topical use can be convenient for treating localized pain on the body. You can rub the cream at the painful spot and localize the effect of CBD.
When CBD is absorbed through the skin, it does not enter the blood system, but it interfaces with cannabinoid receptors in our endocannabinoid system through the pores.
This way of use can provide targeted relief in the parts of our body where it is needed. The time needed to feel the effect can vary from 15 minutes to an hour, depending on the product. It can be a good option for arthritis or muscle pain. But, it can be less helpful with anxiety and depression.
Since it's not entering our bloodstream, topical use of CBD oil will not have the same effect on our mood as other methods.
Pros
good for targeted treating of localized pain
fast absorption
Cons
CBD is not entering the bloodstream, so it doesn't affect our mood
it's hard to pick the right dose of CBD
usually has the low concentration of CBD
How to use CBD oil - the bottom line
Before deciding which is the best method of using CBD oil, you need to set your goal. The effect of CBD that you want to get will determine what the best way for you is.
Ways of using CBD oil
The three most commonly used methods of CBD oil consumption are:
sublingually
orally
topically
Sublingual use of CBD
If you need fast relief of symptoms like anxiety, tension, tremors and other conditions that require fast reaction, the best way of using CBD oil is sublingual. Drops under the tongue will be absorbed very fast and give you a lasting effect.
Oral use of CBD
Edibles are the tastiest way of taking CBD. If you take CBD orally, you will feel a long-lasting effect, but it will not come so fast.
Topical use of CBD
Cream and lotions are convenient for targeted pain relief in the treatment of conditions such as arthritis and muscle pain. However, it will not affect our mood, so it's not the best choice for treating conditions like anxiety.
Conclusion
If you are not sure how to use CBD oil, the best dosage for you and how it will interact with your body, talk to your doctor. CBD oil is now widely used as a legal supplement around the world.

CBD OIL PROS AND CONS
Tumblr media
There are actually a whole range of benefits associated with CBD oil. They have made this magical product more and more popular. But what is in fact CBD? And which health issues is it able to solve? These and many more questions will get their answers in the following article.
What is CBD?
CBD is one of the many cannabinoids found in the hemp plant. Unlike THC, CBD is not likely to cause "high". When consumed, it affects the endocannabinoid system in the body, and makes it produce more endocannabinoid receptors. This system helps regulate some basic functions in our bodies, such as sleep, pain receptors and immune system. Thus, CBD stimulates these endocannabinoids to fix problems with sleep disorders, pain relief, inflammation, seizures, etc.
When buying CBD oil you may come across such terms as full-spectrum, broad- spectrum and CBD isolate. These are the types of CBD oil used in products. But what is the difference between them? The answer is quite simple.
CBD isolate and full-spectrum CBD oil are the types most widely used in products. Full-spectrum CBD oil, known also as whole plant oil, contains all naturally occurring cannabinoids in the cannabis plant, including THC, terpenes, essential oils, proteins, fatty acids. The amounts of THC constitute less than 0,3%, and will not get you "high". All these compounds work together to produce entourage effect and prolong the beneficial effect of the oil.
What refers to CBD isolate or pure CBD oil, it contains only one cannabinoid. Sophisticated extraction processes are applied to take away all the other compounds from CBD.
Broad-spectrum CBD oil contains most of the compounds present in the cannabis plant, except THC. The various compounds and terpenes in this type of oil are also likely to produce the entourage effect.
Some Potential Health Benefits of CBD
In the 21st century CBD products became a go-to option for many people. A lot of studies have been carried out to prove that they can have therapeutic effects. But what are the health issues that can be tackled with CBD oil? Now here is a deeper look at the benefits and possible side effects of CBD products.
Anecdotally, the most common health problems solved with CBD oil are the following:
Anxiety and depression
Pain relief and Inflammation
Alzheimer's disease
Insomnia
Acne
Epilepsy (seizures)
Diabetes
Nausea and migraines
Anxiety and Depression
Low level of serotonin is the most common reason for anxiety and depression. As a result of it, people become frustrated, unhappy and depressed. Such a condition affects their productivity at the working place and relationships at home. So, to get rid of these highly unpleasant and lingering sensations, scientists advise taking CBD.
It is not clear how it works. But what can be said with full certainty is that it changes the way our brain receptors respond to serotonin. In nutshell, CBD alters its signals and levels up serotonin.
Pain Relief and Inflammation
Pain is not a health issue, it is rather a symptom caused by a number of disorders. Very few of them to be mentioned here are:
arthritis
chronic pain
muscle stiffness and spasms
MS pain
Cannabidiol has anti-inflammatory properties and alleviates joint pain and inflammation quite easily and successfully. The best alternative is topical CBD products, as they can be applied directly on the affected area. CBD oil makes it possible for a person with arthritis to enjoy life fully and painlessly.
Alzheimer's Disease
More studies are necessary to fully understand how CBD can help people with neurodegenerative disorders. Bu one thing is clear so far. It cooperates with the receptor located in the brain, called CB1. This receptor is responsible for diseases that make the brain and nerves worsen in the course of time.
Insomnia
Various studies suggest that CBD can cope with sleep issues. The point is that the level of cortisol tends to be lower when you go to sleep. But for some reasons it may go up and keep you awake during the night. So, CBD oil may reduce its level and enable you to enjoy restful and unwakeful sleep. Of course, the causes of insomnia may be various. And one of them is anxiety. So how CBD works? It reduces the level of anxiety and facilitates sleeping process.
Acne
The effects of cannabidiol on receptors in the immune system may reduce oil production in the sebaceous glands. Excessive sebum can lead to acne. CBD also reduces overall inflammation in the body, which in turn helps with acne occurrence. So if you have oily skin, you can try using CBD oil, though more studies are necessary to speak about it with full certainty. However, before indulging in CBD, it would be a good idea to consult your dermatologist.
Epilepsy
The ability of CBD to manage brain disorder epilepsy is not new record in its history. But studies are still being conducted to prove its efficacy and safety in this respect. The UK government has long legalized epilepsy treating medicine, Epidyolex, that is based on CBD. The most important thing here is to find the right dosage that would be efficient, but safe.
Diabetes
CBD oil can help moderate blood sugar levels. By reducing insulin resistance it proves to be effective in managing diabetes. But more human studies are needed to prove this property.
Migraine and Nausea
Migraine attacks are usually associated with nausea, vomiting. This is where CBD comes in. A handful of studies have proved that cannabinoids are effective against not only migraines but also cluster headaches.
Are There Any Side Effects of CBD OIL?
CBD is usually well-tolerated with few to no side effects. But still there are some which are worth knowing before going in for it. These include:
Dizziness
Fatigue
Dry mouth
Low blood pressure
Gastrointestinal discomfort (indigestion, diarrhea)
These symptoms may vary from person to person. Many CBD aficionados even claim to have never once experienced any side effects.
Final Thought
So, again when you start introducing CBD oil to your diet, remember there is some trial and error with CBD potencies and dosages. Hence it will be wise to start small and monitor your sensations, see how it works. And don't forget it is always a good idea to consult a doctor and, of course. carry out your own research.

THE ULTIMATE GUIDE TO VAPING CBD OIL
Tumblr media
Vaping CBD oil became a popular method to take CBD. People who want to feel the effects of CBD faster tend to choose to vape. With vaping, our body absorbs CBD much faster than with other methods.
If you plan to start vaping CBD oil, you should consider a few factors. This ultimate guide to vaping CBD oil will answer the most common concerns and give you some tips before you get started. But first, let's get acquainted with the basics.
CBD oil and what it has to offer
Cannabis plant has around 113 different cannabinoids. Cannabidiol, better known as CBD, is one of them. Another well-known cannabinoid is THC. THC is extracted from the marijuana plant.
On the other hand, CBD is extracted from the hemp plant. Hemp is the strain of cannabis rich with CBD cannabinoids, containing less than 0.3% of THC. The difference between THC and CBD is that the first one will get you high. THC has a psychoactive effect, and it is connected with certain cannabinoid receptors in our body.
CBD doesn't have an intoxicating effect. It can be helpful with reducing anxiety, arthritis pain and insomnia.
CBD effects
CBD is causing our nerve system to relax, influencing the receptors in our body responsible for sleep, stress, immune system and other body functions. It can help our body reach homeostasis, and many people started using it to treat different conditions connected with the nerve system.
CBD is widely used as a supplement, and it is considered a generally safe substance. However, it can have some side effects. Some side effects which showed up with very high doses of CBD are:
nausea
vomiting
dizzyness
fatigue
liver problems
Whatever method of consuming CBD you choose to use, always consult your doctor about possible negative influences on your body or interaction with other medicines and supplements.
Methods of using CBD oil
There are various CBD products on the constantly growing market. The most common methods of using CBD oil are:
sublingual (drops)
eating edibles (oil tinctures, gummies, cakes)
vaping
Different methods offer different speeds of absorption and durability of the effect. Eating CBD oil is one of the most commonly used methods, but absorption can take hours. The effect lasts long, but it is not a popular variant if you need to feel the effect fast.
Sublingual use is very popular because the effect can appear after 15 minutes of smoking, and it lasts for a couple of hours. The downside could be the taste. CBD oil has a strong and specific aroma, which is not suitable for everyone's senses.
The popularity of vaping started growing in the last couple of years, mainly because you feel the effect immediately. Let's find out all the perks of vaping CBD oil.
Tumblr media
Vaping CBD oil - the ultimate guide
First of all, what is vaping? When you vape, you inhale a liquid that has been vaporized with the use of electrical equipment. The device used for vaping is called a vape pen, and it is heating the oil, releasing the vapour which we inhale. With vaping, you will not inhale the hot air, so it is considered a healthier way of consuming CBD oil or tobacco than smoking.
You will find many different vaping products outhere, and choose your favourite taste and strength that you need. However, you should pay attention to certain details.
Dosage: how much CBD oil you should take
The market offers products with different percentages of CBD in it, according to your needs. Different conditions require different dosages of CBD. It would be best if you considered the severity of the condition you plan to treat.
Also, the factors which can play a role in choosing the right dosage are:
metabolism
body weight
diet
overall condition of the body
The best option to make sure you are doing it right is to consult the health professional who could give you some recommendations. General advice is to start with a low dosage and slowly increase it if needed. There is no universal answer to the question of the dosage, so you should find what suits you most.
Brand: choosing a high-quality product
One of the most important things to do before starting vaping is choosing the right product. It can be hard to find a safe, reliable and high-quality product in the sea of different CBD products. But, with proper research and scrolling through numerous reviews, it's possible to find a product you can trust. If you do this task properly, you can avoid the possible dangers of vaping.
Also, many products are mislabeled. You will find out that a lot of them have a lower amount of CBD than claimed. There are many reasons for a detailed research of the product you are buying.
Ingredients: flavours and additives
Many brands are offering different flavours of CBD vaping products. You can try out different tastes and find the perfect one for you. But, you should pay attention to the ingredients which are in the product. It is important to know what we put in our bodies.
Always check out the label and search for any harmful additives inside the product to avoid possible allergies and dangers.
Tumblr media
Vaping CBD oil - the bottom line
CBD is considered beneficial for many conditions, and its popularity is growing day by day. Although it could be beneficial, vaping CBD oil comes with some dangers. To avoid side effects and negative outcomes you should:
find a reliable brand
determine a proper dose
make sure that all the ingredients in the products are safe to use
consult a health specialist about possible side effects and interactions
And finally, take it step by step. See how your body reacts and choose the way of using CBD which suits you the most.
CBD is still a territory under research, and it's hard to tell if it would be good for every person. However, with some precautions, you can give it a try and see how it works for you.

For this, boil some water and let the apple rest in it for about 30 seconds. After that let it soak in ice-cold water for 60 seconds, the skin will loosen and slips off easily.
Chop Up All Ingredients
Now take those peeled fruits, kale leaves, and spinach leaves and chop all of them with a sharp knife. Make sure that you dice the leaves properly it won’t blend easily if they are of big size.
Blend It
Add all the chopped vegetables and fruits into the mixer and blend it for about 2 minutes or until the paste is smooth. At this stage, add the CBD oil into it. Add some chia seeds and ice into it and give this smoothie a good blend so that everything is incorporated well into it.
Serve It

Tumblr media
An easy and simple fried crispy Shrimp Skewer infused with CBD Oil recipe
We like shrimp, or should we say we love shrimp! From the popular Grilled Shrimp to the easy buttered sautéed shrimp, we love shrimps in all forms.
This recipe is so easy to prepare and results in the crunchiest fried shrimp. It also has the same flavor as the shrimp you would order at a restaurant, but for a fraction of the price!
Total Servings and Time Required:
Servings: 4 servings
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients Required:
1 lb raw jumbo shrimp (or large)
Oil for frying (light olive or vegetable oil)
2 teaspoon of CBD Oil
1 lemon, optional
Combine the ingredients in each bowl.
Dredge the shrimp in bowl 1, then bowl 2, and finally bowl 3.
Steps To Follow:
Before starting the recipe, you need to make sure that the shrimp are completely thawed. Frozen shrimp will not work for this recipe.
Step 1: Peeling And Deveining The Shrimps
Holding the tail (end of the shrimp), peel the legs and shells. Then, devein the shrimp with a sharp knife by making a cut in the middle of the back where the black intestine is. Remove the vein and clean the shrimp with a paper towel or rinse with cold water and then pat dry.
Step 2: Coating and Covering the Shrimps
For the crispiest shrimp, be sure to start with dried shrimp. Start by adding the flour in the first bowl, the beaten eggs in a second bowl, add 2 teaspoons of CBD Oil and the remaining ingredients in the bowl. Completely coat the shrimp with the flour mixture.
Next, dredge the egg mixture, allowing any excess mixture to drain off.
Finally, top the shrimp with the seasoned breadcrumb mixture.
Step 3: Frying Shrimps
Shrimp don't take long to cook, so make sure you have your side ready before you start frying the shrimp.
Add approximately 1/2 of oil to an oven or any skillet with a thick bottom. If you want to fry the shrimp, you will need to add about 3 tablespoons of oil.
Heat the oil over medium heat, once hot, add the shrimp to the skillet and cook about 2 minutes per side until the shrimp are crisp. Don't overload the pan, cook in a few batches, and don't overcook the shrimp.
If you are going to make it in an oven, make sure to fry the shrimp for 2 minutes per side, until crisp. (Fry in batches and do not overcrowd the pan.)
Transfer the fried shrimp to a plate lined with a few pieces of paper towels and drizzle the shrimp with fresh lemon juice (optional) and serve with cocktail sauce.
Final Thoughts
Shrimp is a storehouse of nutrients. Now, imagine the goodness of shrimp along with the goodness of CBD oil. That would certainly be an excellent addition to your meal plan.
So, enjoy the fried shrimp infused with CBD Oil for your next dinner, you won't regret it!

CAN YOU OVERDOSE ON CBD OIL?
CBD oils have gained immense popularity worldwide in the last couple of years. People have started to use CBD oil for pain relief, to lower their anxiety or as a replacement for some pain- killers.
Tumblr media
The market of CBD oils is relatively new and unexplored, and many are still hesitant to try because there are a lot of questions and misinformation surrounding this topic. One of the most frequently asked questions is: What happens if you take too much CBD?
WHAT IS CBD OIL?
The first thing we want to make clear is what CBD actually stands for. CBD (cannabidiol or cannabis oil) is an extract found in the cannabis plant. The cannabis plant has about 80 cannabinoids in it, including CBD and THC.
Even though THC and CBD have the same chemical structure, the arrangement of their atoms makes a huge difference. Due to this arrangement, our body reacts differently to CBD and THC. THC causes psychoactive effects, and people get “ high” by consuming it. However, CBD does not cause psychoactive effects; therefore, the consumer won’t get high by using CBD oil.
An important thing to note is to choose a CBD product that is safe and that does not have traces of THC in it.
CAN YOU OVERDOSE ON CBD?
For those looking for a straightforward answer- you can’t overdose on CBD oil.
Scientists have proven that CBD oil itself does not cause psychoactive effects; therefore, the person consuming it can’t get the “ high” effect, like when smoking marihuana. Also, CBD oil is lipophilic or attracted to lipids. When a substance is lipophilic, it can dissolve easily in lipid over time, which is considered one of the greatest benefits of CBD.
If you are not certain about the dosage, you should follow some guidelines. There are suggested doses that a person should start with 5 to 10 milligrams a day. If you are beginning to use a CBD product, you can start with 2,3 drops 2,3 times a day and increase depending on your body’s reaction.
However, the right dosage depends on the person’s height, weight, age, medical condition. The best way to know your dosage is to consult your doctor. Your doctor can’t give you a prescription, but he/she can talk to you about the right dosage and the best product.
There are various products available on the market, but you should be careful when trying some of them. Even though you can’t overdose on CBD, there are some side- effects that you need to be aware of.
SIDE EFFECTS OF CBD OIL
Most human bodies don’t have a negative reaction to using CBD oil, but there are some side effects that you should be aware of.
The side effects of taking too much CBD oil or your body not reacting positively to it could be:
fatigue
nausea
diarrhea
liver problems
CBD can also alter the effects of some other drugs such as blood thinners, heart rhythm medication, and several medications for seizures.
CBD can also be connected with weight loss and gain because it affects our appetite. There are no fatal outcomes when taking too much CBD oil. The important thing is to be aware of your body’s reaction and don’t force anything.
CAN YOU BECOME ADDICTED TO CBD OIL?
Unlike some painkillers, you can’t become addicted to CBD oil. CBD oil does not cause addiction, you can’t abuse this substance, and you can stop whenever you like. If you take too much od CBD, which is highly unlikely, you will probably have some of the side-effects listed above, but nothing like overdosing.
For this reason, many people have started to find alternatives to painkillers, and they found CBD. There are many pieces of research that claim that CBD oil can be used for patients who are trying to recover from substance abuse.
IS EVERY CBD OIL PRODUCT SAFE?
When you are on the journey of exploring the CBD oil market, some flashy advertisement or low price may lead you to order a certain CBD product. We have said that you can’t overdose by using CBD oil, but that is when the oil is safe and tested. Some CBD oils on the market have traces of THC, which is not considered the same product as CBD. Traces of THC can make your body have some unwanted side effects that are listed below.
Traces of THC can cause these side effects:
problems with concentration, balance, and memory
dizziness
drowsiness
When choosing a CBD oil, be careful, and do your research so that you find a product that is safe. Choose a company that has run tests on its products and that is transparent with its components.
What happens if you take too much CBD- Bottom Line
Although THC and CBD have the same chemical structure, our bodies respond differently due to their quite different atomic arrangement. Scientists have proof that CBD oil itself does not cause psychoactive effects; therefore, it is not the same as THC.
CBD is attracted to lipids, meaning that it will dissolve easily in the human body over time. The right dosage of CBD depends on your medical condition, age, weight etc. If you are a beginner, consult your doctor, or start with 2,3 drops 2,3 times a day.
You can’t overdose on CBD; you can simply have some unwanted side effects such as nausea, diarea, liver problems. CBD oil does not cause addiction, and you can stop consuming it easily whenever you like.
Thus, it is a better alternative to pain killers, and someday it will be used for drug addiction treatment.
Not every CBD product is tested and safe; you need to do your research and find a transparent company with clean CBD oil and clear guidelines for using it. Some CBD products may contain traces of THC, which is not the same product as pure CBD. The human body responds differently to THC, and it can lead to some other side effects, such as problems with concentration and memory.

CBD OIL FOR ECZEMA: CAN CBD HELP TREAT ECZEMA AND OTHER SKIN CONDITIONS?
In recent years CBD oils have been gaining attention as a modern solution in the beauty and healthcare industry. Due to its many beneficial properties, researchers have questioned its effectiveness on skin conditions such as eczema, atopic dermatitis.
Tumblr media
It is still not considered a cure for eczema, but due to its anti-inflammatory, antiproliferative, and lipostatic properties, it can improve your current skin condition and soothe symptoms of eczema.
What is CBD, and why do people use it?
Cannabidiol or cannabis oil is an extract found in the cannabis plant. It is one of the approximately 80 cannabinoids found in the cannabis plant. The most well-known cannabidiol is THC; however, CBD and THC are not the same.
THC is a psychoactive compound in cannabis that produces the high feeling when a person consumes it. CBD does not cause this effect, and it is used mainly for pain relief.
CBD has been effective when it comes to lowering anxiety, depression, insomnia, stress and regulates immune system function. Cbd has also shown its effectiveness with severe medical conditions such as Crohn's disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Fibromyalgia, Huntington's disease, and various forms of cancer.
CBD oil for eczema and other skin conditions
Eczema is a skin condition where the skin barrier is not working properly, leading to dehydration and inflammation. The skin feels itchy, dry, and flaky.
Eczema can be caused by genetics or some allergy-causing ingredients. CBD for eczema and other skin conditions is still an unexplored area of research. However, due to some properties of CBD, many have tried using it to cure their skin condition. It has antiproliferative, lipostatic, and anti-inflammatory properties that may help the affected area of the skin.
Also, by consuming CBD oils, we benefit our endocannabinoid system, and this system is interconnected with the skin. Skin conditions like eczema are characterized by dry skin, so cosmetics with CBD oil are considered to benefit it.
CBD products are full of PUFAs, which are known to have anti-inflammatory properties, which help reduce itching- one of the main problems of skin conditions. CBD is still not considered a cure for eczema and other skin conditions because there haven't been enough tests and analyses to state that.
People who have tried using CBD for this purpose either say that it helped them a lot or did not affect them. Either way, people are willing to try CBD because it is a natural, non-addictive product that can't do you any harm.
How to choose the right product for your skin condition?
CBD comes in different forms such as:
cream, lotions, balms
oils and tinctures
edibles
vaporizers
There is still not enough research to state which of these forms of CBD is the most effective when it comes to skin conditions. However, creams are considered the most fruitful because you apply the product directly to the problematic area.
Also, CBD creams are usually combined with other ingredients such as coconut oil, shea butter, and beeswax, which are also successful for combating skin conditions. People usually choose the form which is available and most suitable for their needs.
Carefully read the instructions and the ingredients of some products because they may contain some substance that can cause an allergic reaction.
How to apply CBD oil on skin?
It is best to follow the guidelines directly from the product's manufacturer.
If you are using a cream, you should apply it directly to the affected area. Repeat the procedure once a day.
Don't apply to broken skin.
Start small, then increase your dosage so that you can be aware of the proper dosage for your condition.
Apply the product every day so that you can keep track of your results.
Don't worry about too much use; there are no severe side- effects, but there is no need to waste the product. You can also place a drop of CBD oil under your tongue or mix it with other creams or lotions if your product is not in the form of a cream.
Side effects of using CBD
Even though there are no fatal side effects of taking CBD oil directly into your mouth, you should be aware of some possible side effects that may occur.
Possible side effects of using CBD products are :
diarrhea
drowsiness
dizziness
Also, CBD is not compatible with some medications such as blood thinners. These side effects should not occur when using a CBD cream, but consult your doctor if you have some symptoms mentioned above.
CBD Cream for eczema and other skin conditions- final words
Eczema is known as a skin condition that causes itchiness, inflammation, and dry skin. The topic of CBD oil is relatively new, and we don’t have a lot of proof for its effect on Eczema and similar skin conditions. However, there is enough research done to indicate that CBD oil has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that are known to be beneficial for various skin conditions.
CBD also doesn’t interfere with the sebaceous glands; in fact, it helps them by producing even more sebum that moisturizes your skin. Full-spectrum CBD is considered the best because it contains all the minerals, terpenes, and acids that benefit your endocannabinoid system. By using full-spectrum CBD oil, you will treat yourself with all of the benefits of the Cannabis plant.
Are you having second thoughts about trying CBD for the first time? If you are not certain about trying isolated CBD oil, you can start with creams that, besides CBD, have other ingredients such as shea butter, coconut oil etc.
It can be said for sure that you have nothing to lose by trying CBD for your skin; it won’t make it worse, the least it can do is reduce itching. Always check the ingredients before buying a CBD product because some may contain some components that can cause an allergic reaction or other unwanted side effects.
Research on CBD oils is still being done daily,  Cbd oil can’t be called a cure for Eczema and other skin conditions yet, but the consumers have noticed positive outcomes.

WHAT DOES CBD OIL TASTE LIKE?
When you hear about CBD oils, the first questions that pop into your head are usually about its legality, use, and safety. However, people who did not try it or see it with their own eyes wondered about its taste.
Tumblr media
Some people are even willing to try it and have read everything about it but are unsure if they will like it or not. Most people who have tried it find its earthy taste appealing, but there are ways to trick your taste buds and mask its distinctive taste for those who don't like it.
What is CBD, and why do people try it?
To start with, CBD oil is an extract from the hemp plant that people are using as a natural replacement for painkillers, anxiety, severe conditions, and acne.
CBD is not the same as THC because it won't give you the high sensation. Thus, CBD is used in the healthcare and beauty industry because of its beneficial properties. CBD is good for the human body because it interacts with our endocannabinoid system, responsible for our appetite and mood. It also has anti-inflammatory properties, and it is lipophilic.
The important thing is to choose a CBD product that is safe, and that does not have traces of THC in it.
What does CBD oil taste like?
One of the most efficient ways to consume CBD oil is to consume it orally. You put a few drops under your tongue and wait for about 30 seconds. This is the fastest and most fruitful way to use a CBD product.
However, many are questioning if they should use CBD oils orally because of its taste.
The first guess would probably be that CBD oil tastes like weed. However, that is not entirely an accurate description of its flavor. CBD has a very sharp, earthy, nutty, grass-like taste.
The taste is not necessarily unpleasant; many people find it quite attractive because of its natural aroma. If you like earthy flavors, then the taste of CBD oil won't bother you at all. Keep in mind that taste is a very subjective thing, and nobody can explain it accurately.
The taste of CBD oil also depends on how it is extracted. There are three ways of extracting CBD oil:
Isolate CBD - which does not have an earthy taste, but it is somewhat bitter.
Broad-spectrum CBD - it has a subtle grassy taste, maybe the most attractive
Full-spectrum CBD Oil - has the strongest taste; it usually has traces of THC.
What if you don't like the taste of CBD oil?
Fortunately, you won't have to give up on CBD oils if you don't find its taste attractive. There are numerous options that you can choose from to mask the taste of CBD oil.
First, you can try CBD capsules; they are the most convenient because they are tasteless and perfect for people who are used to taking capsules.
Second, you can chew a minty gym before consuming CBD oil. Mint is a strong flavor, so that it will overpower the taste buds.
Third, you can try edibles - CBD oils can be found in gummies, cookies, and some drinks.
If none of the things mentioned above are suitable for you, you can always mix it with your favorite beverages that will mask the taste, such as tea or coffee. You incorporate it into your daily routine, so you will not notice its taste that much. Most people get used to the taste after consuming it for a week, so don't give up too soon on CBD products.
Is CBD oil safe to consume?
Now that we have covered all the possible ways you can consume it orally, we will cover the topic of safety for those of you who are still worried. CBD is safe to consume because it does not contain traces of THC, and it won't get you high. There are no fatal outcomes after consuming too much CBD oil.
However, it is advisable to start with small doses. The side effects of consuming CBD oil orally can be diarrhea, nausea, and liver problems. If you notice any of these symptoms, you should stop consuming the product and consult your doctor.
If the taste of the CBD oil has nothing in common with the description mentioned above, you should change that product. It is essential to read the ingredients of a CBD product carefully because there are products that contain THC or some other substances that can cause allergic reactions.
Choose a product that is high quality, safe, and tested.
What does CBD oil taste like - final words
Let’s sum up.
CBD oil is an extract from the cannabis plant, and one of the most efficient ways of consuming CBD oil is oral.
How do you consume CBD oil orally?
Put a few drops under your mouth
Wait for 30 seconds
The dosage of CBD oil depends on many factors. Worried about the taste of CBD oil? The taste of CBD depends on how it is extracted. Full-spectrum extraction has the strongest taste, while people find broad-spectrum extracting the most subtle. The taste of CBD oil is usually described as nutty, grassy, and earthy. Most people find it appealing because it has a natural flavour.
Don’t worry if you don’t like the taste; you can still consume it. Here is how you can mask it:
You can try gummies, capsules, or mints in the first place.
You can pour it into your favourite drink, such as cocktails, tea, or coffee.
People usually get used to its taste once they incorporate it into their daily routine. Don’t give up on trying CBD oil just because of its taste; instead, try out one of these methods.
Scientists are still exploring CBD oil, and maybe one day, with its worldwide legality, there will be different flavours to suit everybody’s taste. If you notice any of these symptoms mentioned above or your CBD product tastes strange, you should consult your doctor.

CBD AND ENTOURAGE EFFECT - FULL EXPLANATION
The use of CBD and related products is overgrowing, and many consumers are curious about their options. If you are exploring the CBD world, you have probably bumped into a theory called- the entourage effect. There are many misconceptions about this theory since CBD products are relatively new, but it is essential to know the CBD effect when you are willing to try CBD.
Tumblr media
CBD and THC - What is their difference?
Cannabis plants (Scientific name: Cannabis Sativa) contain over 80 different cannabinoids, with CBD and THC the most commonly known types. The human body reacts differently to THC and CBD, and people use them combined or separately.
However, CBD products have gained more popularity because it is a natural replacement for addictive pain killers driven from opioids. In addition, it is safe for use for pain relief, anxiety, stress, and depression.
CBD oil effectively alleviates pain in severe health conditions like Crohn's disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Fibromyalgia, Huntington's disease, and various types of cancer. In addition, it is helping the beauty industry due to its anti-inflammatory properties that benefit the skin.
The side effects of CBD oil include nausea, liver problems, fatigue, and diarrhea. However, these are no significant problems, and CBD products cannot be life-threatening even at extreme overdosages.
THC, the other important compound of the Cannabis plants, is notorious for giving a high sensation. However, THC still has beneficial effects in relieving pain, insomnia, glaucoma, nausea, and low appetite.
THC side effects include dry mouth, red eyes, memory loss, and coordination problems. But just like CBD, THC does not create fatal outcomes at overdosages. However, the user may have to deal with some long-term psychiatric effects due to which consuming THC is not advisable for adolescents.
So, what is the entourage effect?
The entourage effect is a theory that when all components of the cannabis plants work together, they produce a better result than isolated elements. Although the difference between THC and CBD is already clear, some researchers suggest that taking these together with organic compounds like terpenes is more effective than taking them separately.
In this context, your choice of CBD products plays the most crucial role behind the entourage effect. CBD comes out of the hemp plant in either of these forms.
CBD Isolate is pure CBD but is suitable for beginners only.
Broad-spectrum CBD products includes all Cannabis compounds except THC.
Full-spectrum CBD products has all-natural compounds of the Cannabis plant, including trace amounts of THC.
Therefore, let this be clear that neither broad-spectrum CBD nor full-spectrum CBD will give a high sensation. Although full-spectrum CBD contains THC traces, these are not enough for causing the heightened sense. On the other hand, people prefer purchasing CBD Isolate, which contains CBD and does not come with other cannabinoids. However, for the entourage effect, researchers recommend using the whole hemp plant or purchasing full-spectrum CBD oil. This entourage effect enhances the endocannabinoid system through various cannabinoids, and CBD consumers using CBD oil for some time will feel the significance of this effect.
CBD without THC; beneficial or not?
You may wonder when CBD Isolate cannot create the entourage effect is still good for you. In this regard, beginners should start CBD without THC, so CBD Isolate is a good option for starters only. When a dosage plan is already in place, and you are not satisfied with the results, looking for Broad-spectrum and Full-spectrum CBD is better than discontinuing the seller to fulfill CBD intakes from a different seller. In this way, Full-spectrum and Broad-spectrum CBD offering a more powerful way to manage problems, whether starters have opted for CBD oil to seek refuge from anxiety, depression, pain, or other health issues I have already mentioned.
However, these benefits can mature after you buy CBD oil after extensive research on the background of a CBD seller. In this regard, you cannot decide to buy without checking the extraction methods and other safety precautions practiced for CBD extraction. In addition, studying the origin of hemp is also crucial because hemp can attract toxic chemicals from the soil. Finally, it would help to buy full-spectrum or broad-spectrum CBD products of the same seller, instead of looking for a new provider. Why not? Because the CBD dosage and its quality and quantity change with the seller, and no one follows the same standards as your first seller anywhere else.
Does CBD show on a drug test?
The question of legality surrounds CBD oil.
First, the CBD isolat is unlikely to show on a drug test, for it is just one out of the 80+ components present in the cannabis plant. Other than this, CBD does not cause a high sensation, for it has none of the different components prohibited from showing in a drug test.
The full-spectrum CBD oil can show in drug tests because this CBD oil version has THC traces. With the rapid growth in CBD sellers, more products are flooding the market, and because different sellers give different THC traces, you cannot afford to change the sellers rapidly.
If your situation does not allow you to buy from the same seller again, you are left with no other option than to change your CBD seller, then check the THC percentage in new products that you may think of buying.
CBD and the entourage effect- important points to remember
The cannabis plant contains over 80 different cannabinoids, and the most well-known is CBD and THC. Out of these, CBD has gained immense popularity in the beauty and healthcare industry because of its beneficial properties. However, some people wonder whether consuming the whole cannabis plant can help more for the same reason. That is when the idea of the entourage effect takes root. This effect refers to all the components of the cannabis plant working together to achieve a more significant mind and body wellness.
Still not sure if the full-spectrum CBD is the product for you? These guidelines will help.
If you are a beginner who has just started on a CBD journey, you should try isolated CBD oil. Its taste is mild, and its effect on the body is good.
But if you have been using CBD for some time and want to try something that is even more beneficial, then full-spectrum CBD is the right choice for you.
Choosing the full-spectrum CBD achieves the entourage effect, which is considered even better for the human body. However, keep in mind that full-spectrum CBD has traces of THC in it, which may show in drug tests.
And last but not least, neither broad-spectrum nor full-spectrum CBD will give a high sensation, so you do not need to worry about getting high.
Now, if you are ready to try CBD oil, then start with choosing a product that has been tested for the safety and transparency of its ingredients. This choice of the right CBD products will be the most crucial factor contributing to your first entourage effect.

IS CBD OIL ADDICTIVE?
CBD products are starting to take over the healthcare and beauty industries, and the benefits of CBD oil drive this trend higher. CBD helps relieve chronic pain, anxieties, depression and supports patients with many harmful skin conditions. However, most people are still reluctant to adopt CBD because it comes from the Cannabis plant. They are worried due to addictions that other cannabis products are known to cause to their user.
Tumblr media
So why not dedicate a blog post to discuss if any addictions associate with CBD oil and how to avoid them.
What is CBD oil?
CBD oil is a cannabis plant extract that contains just one of the 80+ cannabinoids present in the cannabis plant. CBD is not like THC that contributes to high feelings associated with cannabis that can be addictive. CBD does not affect the human body like the other cannabinoids will do. Instead, it connects the endocannabinoid system to help with the homeostasis of our body. So, one of the greatest misconceptions, CBD and THC are the same components, has no solid ground.
You must note here that the Full-spectrum CBD oil contains traces of THC, but other CBD oils like the Broad-spectrum CBD and Isolate CBD contain negligible to no THC amounts. Therefore, especially for adolescents, only Isolate CBD is good. However, adults can use broad-spectrum and full-spectrum CBD without worries because, despite these products containing THC, they are safe for adults.
Is CBD addictive?
THC can cause addiction, but CBD is non-addictive. So, there is no coincidence that CBD oil is a natural alternative to regular painkillers driven from opioids.
So CBD is not addictive, and regular users will get no intoxicating effects for their later life. Of course, they can stop CBD whenever they want, but following a CBD withdrawal plan is better to avoid consequences that may result from a sudden withdrawal from CBD.
Some resources suggest that hemp derived CBD oil is better than marijuana-derived CBD because the latter can cause addiction problems. So, to avoid addiction, it is your job to make sure that your CBD oil comes from the industrial hemp plant, which contains less than 0.3% THC.
CBD for addiction recovery
CBD is good for fighting addictions, and it supports addicts with nausea, inflammation, and severe headaches. However, most of these claims are under research, and the proof will become available in the future.
So if you want to use CBD for addiction recovery, you are recommended to choose a product with low THC traces.
Is CBD oil safe for daily use?
You need to follow your daily CBD dosage plan to avoid any harm. CBD oil is safe as long as your using it within prescribed limits. It means that you will get no harmful side effects if you buy a product that contains little to no dangerous cannabinoids and has accurate CBD per drop.
You should incorporate only those products in your daily routine that meet these criteria. Otherwise, up to 1500 milligrams of CBD oil per day are safe, and this is too much more than you get in a single bottle.
Not sure how much CBD oil you should use? Set a dosage plan.
The dosage of CBD oil depends on many things like height, weight, health condition. We recommend starting small with Isolate CBD Oil, and then gradually increasing your dosage per day. At the start, you will put a few drops under your tongue and then wait for 30 seconds. Try doing this for some days, and if you need, you can increase the number of drops. But during this increase, you must keep track of your daily intakes.
There are some possible side-effects of CBD that you can learn more about from this post. However, none of these side-effects has addiction in it.
Does CBD oil cause addiction- bottom line?
CBD does not make you feel “high,” and it does not cause addiction. You can use it daily to enjoy many beneficial properties. However, you cannot underestimate possible side effects resulting from CBD overdosages, selecting the wrong product, or going to the wrong seller. You can avoid all of those troubles by following the right approach.
Even though CBD oil could be part of many health problems, the market is still relatively new. However, recent research on CBD oil continues to check how it can support many health problems, so we will probably be able to buy it with a prescription one day.

CBD OIL FOR MENTAL HEALTH - DOES CBD HELP WITH DEPRESSION?
The medical and wellness world is buzzing about the benefits of CBD oil for quite a while. Among various uses of CBD, some studies showed that CBD may improve our mental health.
Tumblr media
CBD can be beneficial for conditions such as anxiety, PTSD, depression, and other mental health disorders which can seriously affect our life. Let’s see how you can use CBD oil for depression and mental health improvement and if it is really effective.
How does CBD affect mental health disorder?
First of all, let us make a short introduction to CBD and its features.
CBD is a cannabinoid found in the cannabis plant. It is usually extracted from hemp, which is a strain of medical cannabis with high levels of CBD and very small amounts of THC. Unlike marijuana and THC, CBD doesn’t make you high or euphoric. But, CBD has a wide range of effects that can be beneficial for our body and mind.
CBD is connected with our endocannabinoid system, which is influencing our whole body. This system is responsible for many important processes inside the body, especially sleep, stress and pain.
You may wonder what CBD products does to your brain. Well, some studies discovered how CBD is influencing our brain, and it seems like it has an important interaction with it.
What happens to your brain when you use CBD products?
As we said earlier, CBD is interacting with our endocannabinoid system, which plays an important role in our central nervous system. But, what does CBD products do to your brain?
One of the ways how CBD affects our brain and therefore our mental health, is reducing the blood flow. CBD is changing the blood flow in the parts of the brain responsible for anxiety, and in that way it can be helpful in treating anxiety disorders.
Another role that CBD plays in mental health improvement is the protection of our nervous system. Studies showed that CBD can reduce oxidative stress and has neuroprotective traits which can be helpful with some conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease.
Also, CBD lowers the degree of excitation, which happens to our brain cells due to too much stimulation. When our brain cells become overactive it can lead to a damage called excitotoxicity, which can open doors to different problems such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease and others.
The research about these traits of CBD effects is still ongoing and there are many things which are still left uncertain.
But, what attracts the attention of many people is the use of CBD for anxiety and depression, which are very common mental health issues these days. If you are wondering if CBD really works for depression and anxiety, keep reading.
Can CBD help with depression?
We can say that there has been a pandemic of depression in the world in the last decade. Due to the addictive trait and different unwanted effects of antidepressants, many people are trying to find an alternative. That’s where CBD is jumping in.
CBD showed a big potential for treating depression and other mental disorders. One of the main causes of depression can be a disbalance of serotonin in the body.
Some studies on animals revealed the connection between the CBD and serotonin receptors, which showed that CBD can act as an antidepressant. We still wait for more research, especially on humans, but many people already use it to treat depression and report the improvements.
Since depression often goes hand in hand with anxiety, let’s see how CBD works with anxiety disorders.
Does CBD work for anxiety?
The number of people suffering from some kind of anxiety disorder is big. Stress, fast pace of life, uncertainty and other problems we are facing in modern life can lead to panic disorder and anxiety.
Besides psychotherapy and different medicines, people often search for a more natural way to deal with this problem. CBD could be a possible natural solution for treating symptoms of anxiety. Recent studies showed that CBD can reduce stress, insomnia, and other symptoms connected with anxiety.
By mendling with our central nervous system, CBD is helping our body to relax and be in homeostasis. Many studies show that CBD is good for stress. Since anxiety is strongly connected with stress, it is likely that CBD will be helpful with it too.
CBD showed potential health benefits in treating conditions such as generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, anxiety induced insomnia and others. But, the research is still limited, and you may wonder if CBD really works for depression and anxiety and could it replace conventional medicines and therapy.
Since it is still not considered as a conventional therapy for mental health issues, CBD remains a natural supplement and it will most probably not be prescribed by a doctor or mental health professional.
However, if you choose it as a therapy for anxiety symptoms, depression or other mental disorders, there are some last remarks we would like to share with you about the use of CBD.
How to use CBD oil for mental health conditions
CBD is generally safe to use. Some mild side effects could show up, such as:
dhiarrheia
nausea
fatigue
However, if you use a proper dose, and choose a high quality product, you shouldn’t have problems.
CBD comes in various forms. So far, a broad spectrum CBD oil showed as a most beneficial for depression and anxiety disorders, since it has more active ingredients than CBD isolate.
Here at CBD Armour you will find such broad spectrum CBD oil which is offering the benefits of different cannabinoids working together.
If you want to feel the effects of CBD quickly, which can be useful for panic attacks, the best way to use CBD is taking the oil sublingually. Anyway, you will find that you can use CBD in many different forms, from soaps, to creams and tinctures.
CBD for mental health - the bottom line
CBD can be beneficial for our nervous system, helping us to keep calm, have a quality sleep and improve our mood. Many studies showed the positive effects of CBD in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, multiple sclerosis and other conditions.
Being generally safe to use, CBD is a promising new option for improving mental health in a natural way. Since the popularity of using CBD for mental health is growing, more studies could carve its path to conventional medicine in the future.

CBD WHOLESALE: HOW TO BECOME A CBD OIL DISTRIBUTOR IN THE UK AND EUROPE?
With the amount of increase in usage of CBD, everywhere around the globe, including Europe, it is considered the best possible business venture in today’s time.
Tumblr media
CBD is legally traded throughout Europe, still not permitted in Slovakia and Lithuania. Although it is still legal, the law is trying to restrict the use to medical purposes only. However, CBD market is showing an upward trend in usage, and that is something that one can take advantage of.
7 Steps to Become a CBD Distributor in Europe and the UK
This article will highlight the key decisions and important things to remember while starting a CBD business in Europe and become a CBD oil distributor.
Step 1: Check the Legalities Of CBD
Although CBD is legal in Europe, the content of THC has been determined by each state separately. You need to look up to the law and guidelines specified by the governing authority of each state. For instance, in Switzerland, the amount of THC valid is up to 1%, and the CBD products less than the determined amount can be legally traded.
In Europe, the government is trying to cut down the usage, but the use of CBD for medical purposes is increasing because of its benefits to the patients.
Step 2: Study The Market
You need to do a thorough study of the market requirement and decide the customers whose needs you will prefer to cater to.
Moreover, you could prefer the physical market, or you can even deal with this through the digital market. Digital marketers have a wider spread and can get you more customers than compared to a physical market.
Market positioning is possible if you have a business plan as to how to get into the CBD industry and create a position for your brand. Currently, In Europe, the largest CBD market is UK and Germany, and they are increasing day by day.
Step 3: Get a License
This is something that needs to be taken care of as soon as you are done selecting the market and are ready to plunge into the business. There are multiple authorities with which you have to get yourself registered under various laws that govern your business.
To help you out with this, you can hire a lawyer who could help you out with all the legal work and can ensure that none of the licenses that your business needs have been missed out on. This is a very crucial step as missing out on any one of the licenses can lead to penal action.
Step 4: Selecting Your Suppliers
Once you have registered your company, you need suppliers to cater to your requirements. For this, you need to do a thorough survey of certified suppliers who could provide you with the best quality ingredients.
Moreover, it is always preferable to have two or three suppliers rather than just one supplier so that in case of any mishap, you can always switch to other suppliers, and your production is not hindered as well.
Being proactive is a must in this stage as delaying the process of procuring raw material, can lead to a huge amount of opportunity cost.
Step 5: Advertisement
It goes without saying that you need to market your CBD products well to have a market name, which will help you get a good market share. In today’s world, the worth of your product is created by the way in which it is marketed. Hence you wouldn’t want to miss this step out or even undermine its importance.
Also, the best way is to outsource the marketing or hire a marketing team for your product as it will provide you with an edge. Make sure that your marketing team is well-versed with SEO services and can use social media in such a way that can help position your product in the market.
You could market your products by sending them out to social media influencers or can even tie them up with your distributors. The traditional ways of advertising, i.e. providing the products at a concessional rate or for free with other products, can also help your company grow.
You can also conduct seminars and conferences about the benefits CBD has.
Step 6: Logistics
This is an important step that every CBD oil distributor should keep in mind. You need to be sorted about the way your CBD products move in your factory. Logistics is not only concerned with supplying CBD products to your customer but also the ways and the manner of procurement of raw materials. A proper blueprint needs to be there, which shows how the products will move out of the factory or move in the factory.
You should keep in mind that logistics is also concerned about how the raw materials are to be moved within the factory.
Step 7: Customer Satisfaction And Maintaining Customer Base
You need to do this even while you are processing your orders. That is you need to provide them with all the details, even something as small as shipping details. You can even ask your customers to review their experience by filling up a questionnaire. This might help you find problems or services in which your company is lagging behind.
To maintain your customer base, you need to be in constant touch with them. For that, you can send them out emails when any new product launch is being launched or if there are any festive offers.
Moreover, you can also give referral discounts to promote sales. This can help you keep a hold of new customers and get some new customers as well.
Final Thoughts
You need to plan CBD in a very crucial way if you want to become a CBD oil distributor as a lot of legalities are involved here. Moreover, the machines needed require a huge capital investment. Therefore, ensure that you plan and implement everything in a careful and step-by-step manner.
The best way is to hire an expert who could help you deal with the planning and the legalities of CBD wholesale.

CBD FOR MIGRAINES: WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Nausea, throbbing pain, and vomiting are some of the most common symptoms of migraine. You'll experience a strong headache which often lasts for hours or days. But did you know using CBD oil for migraines and headaches can help during episodes?
Tumblr media
Benefits of CBD Oil
CBD (cannabidiol) comes from the cannabis plant, but it will not provide you with a “high” sensation. It only contains low levels of cannabinoid tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). This is the psychoactive compound responsible for the euphoric sensation.
Despite cannabis restrictions in many parts of the world. the research about this product has been building up. From these studies, here are some benefits you can get from using CBD oil:
Reducing Anxiety
According to research, the use of CBD products for mood disorders shows promising results. One study tested the effects of taking CBD before a public-speaking event. Many participants experienced less anxiety and discomfort. These feelings are commonly experienced when facing a nerve-wracking event.
Improving Inflammatory Skin Conditions
Many studies backed that CBD oil has anti-inflammatory and anti-itching qualities. CBD oil may help ease symptoms of skin conditions like acne and psoriasis. But, further research is needed before doctors recommend it as treatment.
Relieving Chronic Pain
Findings from a small study show that CBD oil has pain-relieving effects. Participants exhibited a significant decrease in sharp, intense pains and uncomfortable sensations. That’s why CBD oil for migraine has the potential to relieve the throbbing pain during an episode.
Can CBD Oil Relieve Pain During Migraine Pain Episodes?
CBD oils shows great potential as an effective treatment for migraine. This is mainly because of its anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties.
One study administered CBD oil to migraine sufferers in a 30-day trial period. The survey showed 86% of the participants experienced decreased headaches during the experiment.
There are one billion migraine sufferers worldwide. So, introducing a natural and effective pain reliever can make a huge difference. Some research participants even say CBD oil helped them better than prescription medicine.
In hindsight, most of these studies produced anecdotal results only. These may not be enough to prescribe CBD oil for the treatment of migraine. But, these findings warrant further research and high-quality clinical trials of the healing properties of the compound.
Meanwhile, there are approved migraine treatments out there. You can try pain relief medications and blockers to help prevent migraine episodes. Also, work closely with your doctor to find a suitable treatment for your migraines.
The Bottom Line about CBD Oil and Migraines
CBD oil is being continuously studied for its healing properties. This includes its capability to reduce symptoms of migraine, anxiety, acne, and more.
In the future, medical professionals will discover a prescribed usage of the compound. Right now, it’s better to consult your doctor or a medical professional to use CBD oil as a treatment.
If your doctor approved the use of CBD oil as a migraine treatment, you could find products online. It is available in many different forms: oil, capsules, edibles, and even cosmetics. Check out the CBD Armour online shop to learn more.
Pro tip: If you want the quicker effect and faster absorption on your body, choose CBD oil. You can take it directly, mix it with your food, or through your skin. But if you’re going for convenience, CBD capsules are the best option. Just pop it in your mouth and wait for the results.

WHAT DRUGS SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN WITH CBD?
Cannabidiol is almost reaching the peak of its popularity. It is a unique natural compound that is believed to have numerous potential health benefits on the human's body. Many people nowadays choose to go for it as it is organic, devoid of all chemical ingredients and has few to no side effects. This is a claim that has arrested the minds of millions of people though studies are still ongoing and there is only anecdotal evidence as to its both medicinal effects or side reactions.
Tumblr media
However, the results that we have at hand nowadays show that CBD oil really may have miraculous influence on our body, yet at the same time may cause drug interactions. The interactions between CBD and other prescription drugs should not be neglected.
So, here is a guide to help you learn more about these drug interactions and feel safe while enjoying the remarkable effects of CBD oil.
When to Take CBD?
CBD oil is one of the hundreds of natural compounds yielded from Cannabis plant. It may be extracted using various methods, but the one that ensures the high-grade final product is the CO2 method. Of the three types of CBD oil (broad-spectrum, full-spectrum and pure) full-spectrum CBD oil is the most effective as it is a combination of cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids and, most importantly, THC.
The recent studies of CBD claim that CBD can help ease chronic pain and inflammation, reduce the level of stress and anxiety, minimize the childhood epilepsy seizures (in some cases stop them altogether), treat insomnia, etc. It may surely have a few side effects, which include dry mouth, nausea, fatigue and irritability. But it can never get you "high" or develop addiction.
What Can Amplify CBD's Side Effects?
Taking CBD with over-the-counter or prescription medications with the same side reactions may surely double up the risk of undesirable effects. For example, many medications that can cause sleepiness, such as opioids, antidepressants, antihistamines, alcohol may bring about excessive fatigue, sleepiness, and should be avoided while driving.
On the other hand, stimulants taken with CBD may lead to the loss of appetite and over-emotional condition. The diabetes drugs or heartburn medications may cause diarrhea.
What Potential Drug Interactions Can CBD Cause?
When we take a medication, it is usually metabolized, or broken down throughout our body by the guts, or most importantly by the liver.
CYP 450 enzymes of liver cells do a big part of this process. After consuming CBD products, the functioning of these enzymes slows down or increases leading to either too much or not enough drug concentration in the body. If the process is too slow, it means there is too much of the medication in your system than needed for a long time, which can cause harmful side effects.
Conversely, if the process is too fast, it means you do not have enough of the medication in your body used to treat the health issue. So, a CBD product that you have consumed, over-the-counter medications and the enzyme family interact directly causing drug interaction and hence, unexpected side effects.
The whole family of CYP 450 enzymes take an active part in the metabolism, but it is the CYP3A4 enzyme (anticonvulsants, antiepileptic drugs, and antibiotics) that takes the lead: it is in charge of breaking down about 60 % of the drugs you take. CBD use inhibits the functioning of this enzyme, thus interfering with the process of metabolism and leading to potential interactions.
Which Other Pharmaceutical Drugs Should Be Avoided?
Although there is is still much to be studied, one thing is pretty sure, you should not take any medication that has a grapefruit warning on it. This warning on the label tells you that you should avoid consuming grapefruit or grapefruit juice in sync with CBD and the prescription medication at any cost as it can lead to the concentration of the medicine in the bloodstream, or even overdose.
The most common types of drugs that have grapefruit warning are: antibiotics, antihistamines, cholesterol medications, blood thinner and blood pressure medications, immunosuppressants, pain relief and prostate medications, etc.
Some anti- epilepsy (Clobazam/Norclobazam), anti-cancer ( Etoposide/Teniposide) and blood thinner (Warfarin) medications can backfire when taken with CBD. They cannot be metabolized by CYP 450, which can lead to severe complications, like excessive bleeding, loss of breath, hair loss, more frequent epileptic seizures.
Some sedatives, such as alcohol, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, opiates may interact with CBD. If consumed separately, CBD causes mild sedation, but in combination with the aforementioned sedatives the intoxicating properties of the latter multiply. Though, it would be fair to note, that unlike anti-epilepsy, anticancer drugs sedatives get broken down at least partially, which means that their combination with CBD may not be dangerous.
A thyroid medication (Levothyroxine) may also be affected by CBD products. Some of the potential reactions cannot be predicted, so more research is needed to reveal the severity of these drug interactions.
CBD may also interfere with the medications prescribed for various heart conditions. The list includes beta blockers, calcium channel blockers, nitrates and some statins.
Which Form of CBD Matters More?
Inhaled CBD gets into your bloodstream much faster than any other form(within 30 minutes) and is more likely to increase the severe side effects of the medications.
It takes a longer time for edibles to absorb, so they need more time time to produce a high concentration peak. Yet, this does not mean that eventually their concentration cannot interfere with the prescribed medicine.
Creams and topicals are least likely to interact with over-the-counter drugs as they will not get into your bloodstream sufficiently enough.
All these facts need further investigation as there not enough evidence to back all this up.
Final Thoughts
CBD may potentially interact with prescribed medicine, over-the-counter medications and herbal products. Some side effects may really be acute, while others mild. Drug interactions may depend on several factors: the dose of CBD you are consuming, your underlying chronic medical condition and the dose of the medication.
So, the right thing to do is to consult your doctor first and not to forget to mention all the above mentioned factors. The fact the CBD is natural does not mean it is innocuous, and as you have seen from our guide, if carelessly consumed it can cause severe side reactions.
