Seasoned breaded Tofu with Brussels Sprouts and Brown Rice.
Recipe: 4 Slices of Firm Tofu, Panko Breading, 1 - 1/2 cup of Flour, Chives, Italian Seasoning, Olive Oil, and salt.
First you'll take out your pan, preferably non-stick one, cover the bottom of the pan with 2 - 3 tbsp of Olive Oil. Then sprinkle Italian seasoning and chives on the bottom as well. Next lay in your Tofu in the pan and turn on the stove. Let it cook for about 2 - 3 mins. Then sprinkle the flour and a bit more of the Italian and chives then flip the Tofu over with a spatula. Add flour to the other side. Flip it over in about 2 - 3 mins then add your panko crumbs on. Let it fry for another 2 - 3 mins and your done. Serve on a plate and add salt. Add a vegetable and a starch and your ready to eat.
I'll probably make a modify version of this recipe when I make it again. But it's basically all by eye and guessing. It does need salt though. But it taste delicious and I could definitely eat this again.

Eating Healthy
So the shakes, well, it didn't go so well. Kept getting sick of them so we're trying a different approach.
I'll be posting food pictures and recipes for the meals I eat. It'll start tomorrow. Sometime in August I'll be posing my stuff mobile. When I go to restaurants or I'm at a friends house I'll be showing you what I eat. This blog is definitely a work in progress, but that's how diets go.

It's so good, but why must Sushi have the one ingredient that I'm allergic to. Life problems, but it's worth the reaction.
My life can be explained by what's left on my plate. There's either something missing, too much of something, or something I've left behind.

TMI: I promised to not hold anything back during this!
So tomorrow I'm not adding the in the butter. That's what gave the smoothie a distinct smell I couldn't get past. Tomorrow definitely adjusting these recipes as I go through them and drink them.
As long as I can down half of the smoothie, I'll be content and happy with myself.
I want it to be dinner.

Texture of the lunch smoothie is disturbing but it taste better.
I did end up blending it a bit more on the liquidfy setting on the blender it did help a bit but it's still a bit chunky. Still at the top of my drink. Oh health why must you be so difficult to handle?

Lunch Smoothie
Taste a hell of lot better than the breakfast one.
Recipe calls for 1/2 cup almond milk, 4 celery stalks (which tomorrow I'm gonna not put in as much), 1 Cucumber (Which we left out because I'm allergic to Cucumbers), 1 cup of Kale, 1/2 green apple (will put in more apples tomorrow.) 1/2 Squeezed Lime (thought we had some lime but they were kiwi's so no lime this time.) 1TBS Melted Coconut Oil, 1 Cup of Pineapple (which isn't so fun to cut.)
I added in some sweetness because it needed it.
I can't wait until Dinner's recipe sounds a lot better but we'll see.

Powering through.
My sister had already powered through her smoothie, while it's taking me forever.
I'm halfway done so it's going to be good. I start exercising tomorrow and in two days I get to start eating food again.

This smoothie sucks.
First smoothie of the 3-Day Detox sucks. I don't eat banana's cause they make me sick to my stomach. But here I am, drinking it. lol C:
I am doing the Dr. Oz 3-day Detox. This is the recipe for the breakfast smoothie.
In the morning you drink a cup of Green Tea w/ Lemon. Best part about this morning start.
To make the smoothie you need 1 cup of water, 1TBS of Flaxseed (which you can find just about anywhere, found it at our local Smiths) 1cup of Raspberries, 1 banana (I cut up the banana into pieces to blend it easier.) 1/4 Spinach, 1TBS Almond Butter (This smells like Peanut Butter) 2 TSP of Lemon Juice.
With this recipe I was excited, cause it sounded delicious. Nope. It's going to be worth it. Just have to keep telling myself it's going to be worth it.
