Quality checking and pre packing orders are now underway! The rest of the merch has made it safely past customs and is estimated to arrive to Mod Matt on June 26th.

PRODUCTION UPDATES ✨

Our pulpboard coasters came!! They'll be included in every physical order as both a thank you card and something cool to rest your drink on.

Both of our merch and zines have reached the United States and a tracking code has been sent for all of them. However, the shipping container the zines and prints were in has been flagged for customs inspection which will result in another week of delays.

The merch and zines are estimated to come to Mod Matt's doorstep on July 3rd. The tariffs for everything has been prepaid so there, hopefully, should not be any other issues.

ZINE REVEAL 📢

We received the book sample that our manufacturer was kind enough to fly over for free! All zines will now have this stunning ✨ gold foiling ✨ stamped on the cover.

We will be posting a flip through of the zine tomorrow, so keep your eyes out for our next update!

And take a look at the gorgeous A5 sized foiled print that came with the book! The pictures don't do it justice, it looks even better in person.

PRODUCTION UPDATE ✨

All merch from China has finished production and is currently in transit!

Take a look at our hard enamel pin designed by Melvin! You can see how it looks like glowing in the dark as well. 👀

Like with all glow in the dark objects, charge it in the light and you'll see it glow like this in darker environments. Unfortunately tumblr doesn't allow multiple videos in one post, so you can see the video demo on twitter here.

Our book manufacturer estimated that the books and prints will arrive at los Angeles on June 16th, and we assume it's the same case with the other merch. In the mean time, take a look at this foiled print by kirwastaken!

Hi!! Sorry, I'm asking this a bit too late, but in your carrd you mentioned how the zine can be shipped to russia (and belarus) and I'm curious if it's anyhow possible to pay for the zine by any bank operating in russia (or any app or such) or is it only possible through paypal patreon etc? It's just not the money problem but the payment method problem for me for example, and I'm a bit curious abt that part. Sorry for the late ask again qpnakalaksnsm I just never read the carrd bc I thought that shipping probably wouldn't work for russia and so I shouldn't bother lmao

Someone ordering from Russia actually reached out to me about this, and they explained that they used a (I believe) prepaid, time limited card to pay through stripe/paypal. They told me that refunds weren't possible because of how they paid.

We have also finally ordered the zine and foiled prints and they are now in production! The book printer estimates it will be finished by May 22nd, and after that, shipping by sea will then take 4-5 weeks. The general merch manu also says they'll be shipping out by sea this week.

Also, as an apology for the delay, I (Matt) have paid out of pocket for a surprise for all orders with the physical zine 👀

By the time both arrive I will be checking for quality and then sending out an address form and a concrete shipping date. Please keep your notifs on or check back on us when it happens!

Hello! I am going to be moving soon and was wondering if I could update my shipping address. It would be in a similar area as my old one so I don’t think it’ll change much for shipping costs but if I need to pay some more for that let me know.

We'll send out address change forms when shipping is about to start on our socials and to the email you used to place the order. If you're moving temporarily (like moving back home, then back to dorms for college) then I suggest you wait for the form to fill it out as by then there will be a concrete date for shipping. If you think you're staying in your new place for the near future, fill out our shop contact form with the order email and your order number along with your new address. I (Matt) will email you back to confirm your new address.

For anyone else reading this who is straight up moving countries, more specifically from the US to Canada, or from the US/Canada to any other country, the shipping difference will be enough that I'll send an invoice for you to pay the difference if you contact us.

Hello! In your previous post you said that what was missing to order was the zine. Bundles that do not include the zine will be shipped sooner? I really appreciate all the effort you guys put into creating all of this!!

Unfortunately everything will be shipped at the same time regardless of if someone ordered the merch only bundle or not.

Unfortunately we're aiming for a shipping date by August. We underestimated the amount of time it would take to order and produce the merch, along with how long the bulk of the merch will take as it will be shipped by boat.

PRODUCTION UPDATE ✨+ tariffs 🙃

We're aware of the 145% tariffs on importing Chinese made goods into the US. Our manufacturer has told us that tariffs were covered when we paid for shipping. On the chance that we do get charged 145% extra on all our merch, we can afford it but we will not be able to refund shipping or have remaining funds to donate to charity.

Hi, Anon!

We did estimate that orders would be shipped by April to May, but from our extended POs and other hiccups it may be delayed. If you're moving after this time, don't worry, we'll be releasing an address change form on our socials and e-mailed to everyone with a physical order so people who moved can add their new address 1-2 weeks before shipping starts.

However, I think this question may be caused by a misunderstanding on our end. (If our assumption is wrong, sorry!)

Alll the photos/videos of merch shown (besides the prints, buttons, and bookmarks) were taken by our manufacturer in China and have not yet been shipped to us. This merch (not the zine) has been in production since March 13th and will be finished within 20 business days, give or take according to our manu representative.

We requested our manu to send pictures now as after they're finished, they'll ship by boat which will take 20 to 40 business days before it reaches Mod Matt's doorstep. We chose to drip feed the merch in progress videos rather than have complete radio silence for 1-2 months. Sorry for implying that merch was already received and shipping would commence soon, we'll be clearly labeling that our manu sent photos to us in the future.

Hi Anon! Yes, you do have a chance to get the zine and merch in the future.

Once we ship out all pre orders we will open the shop one last time for leftover sales. Our leftover shop will be first come, first serve, and once something is sold out it will never be restocked.

Keep track of our socials as we will be announcing when leftovers will take place and when the shop opens!
