It seems like a majority of full bundles, both international and domestic, have been marked as delivered! If you're one of the few who has not received your order, especially if you live in one of the countries NOT listed, we've learned that it is normal for packages to take several months to deliver.

Your tracking next to the "Delivery Tracking Number" will show whether or not your order has reached your country, and at that point it is out of our hands.

You will need to contact your national postal service's physical branch for any info about your package. While tracking may have stopped, often times they will still scan and keep that info in their internal systems.

If you're concerned about losing your order, don't worry! We've paid for insurance on all international orders so we can send a replacement free of charge. However, if you want a replacement sent ASAP and in a country that has a reputation for having a horrible postal system, we would prefer that you be willing to pay extra for an upgraded shipping method to avoid slow and "untracked" shipping like the first time, which is more than $40 extra.

This is also your reminder to check your emails or tracking code (shown next to delivery tracking number, where you put in your national postal service or USPS) to make sure that you don't miss the notification that you have to pay import fees. If your order gets sent back or destroyed because of this, we cannot offer refunds and you will be responsible for paying for another copy.

My bundle from @cdreamzine arrived days ago, but I only just now took everything out. The art is absolutely gorgeous! Everything is amazing!

I still need to figure out where to put everything, but I just got these magnetic hooks to put the charms on my magnet board alongside my other merch.

My c!Dream Zine from @cdreamzine arrived today and it looks absolutely amazing. All the merch is such high quality and the artists who drew it did a wonderful job. I can’t wait to read all the fanfictions, find spots for all the merch to display and look at them every day. And all the art inside the zine? So many of my favorite artists that I appreciate and look up to.

And of course, a big shoutout to all the people who organized it and made this possible in the first place.

I know this is a dumb question—especially after you guys saying that after the leftovers are sold out it was final, but with how much support you guys have received would you guys consider doing another launch?

Unfortunately, at the moment there is no conversation for a 2nd version of the zine, nor a second launch past the initial pre-orders and soon leftovers sales.

Perhaps if leftovers all successfully sell and there’s still interest then that will open further discussion towards the topic.

Hopefully you’ll be able to snag a full bundle during the leftovers sale 💔

AHHHH IT'S SO COOL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I JUST GOT MINE TODAY AND IT'S SO COOL !!!!!!!!! I'm gonna take my time reading and looking through it but I'm genuinely so excited, the quality of EVERYTHING from the stickers to the holo(?) print to the zine itself is so so good (I didn't upgrade to the keychain but I highkey wish I did) and all of the art is phenomenal! The quality really came through, all of the images I've seen so far are gorgeous. And the way it's structured is so fun! I'm so excited!!!! --felidaefighter

As orders are coming in, make sure to peel off the protective film from the acrylic charms and standee! It's hard to remove, so you can reference this video we took on how to peel and assemble the shaker charm.

Since the film is so sticky, please take care with removing the film in areas around the charm hinge. Ripping it away too fast may bend the o ring around the clasp which will need to be fixed with pliers.

Hi!

Do you have any idea how long shipping from America to european countries (for example Germany) will take? And if it will be transported via container ship or on plane etc.? Cause my tracking thingy says 'In Transit to Next Facility, Arriving Late' since August 6th and I am just wondering if that means it's currently still in America or if it's in the middle of the ocean lol

When we shipped contributor bundles to Europe it took 3 weeks. Our shipping service estimates that it can take 1-4 weeks to deliver a package. I believe they should be shipped by plane, but they wait for the plane to fill up with the max amount of packages going to a country before they send it over.

You'll know when it's left the US when you see "Dispatched by Asendia USA".
