im new here but not to the ed community, i just semi recovered for a while but im back lol
my gw is 50 oscillating to 45 kg and im 1,68cm tall. im currently at 65kg and i started at 72.
i always skip both breakfast and lunch, but for the past months ive been miserable and kept binging in the afternoon :((
last night i pvrged and idk what to dooo i want a diet to follow to keep me focused on my goal!! so pls lmk if you have some omad or 2mad diets i could follow

To Get Rid Of The Jello Like Thighs :
100 pillow squeezes
30 side leg lifts (Each side)
To Get That Bubble Butt :
40 butt bridges
25 lying kick backs (Each side)
50 clam lifts (Each side)
20 forward kicks (Each side)
30 knee tucks (Each side)
There is literally no reason why you shouldn’t be doing these workouts ESPECIALLY if you’re in bed. You can do this! You reach that UGW
