Hi all! Heres a small update on my Minecraft OZ project, specifically the emerald city!! (+ the poppy field), I have completed around 1/9th of the emerald city, but im not too fussed bc i started this not too long ago at all as seen with my previous post. I intend to mimic the look of Wicked the movie's emerald city whilst also giving it my own personal spin, I also intend to impliment things that every basic city needs (offices, post offices, a police station, a mall, a hospital etc etc) I have completed the shopping district + the train station as seen as well as the Wizomania stage!!!!

My next step from here is to either complete the necessities as mentioned across the city or to do the emerald Palace with the wizard's chambers, with the Emerald city apartments in varied heights being what Ill do last.

I have also began the poppy field (its huge) but i love it its adorable!! And thats it for now, tysm for tuning in and do spread the word!!

Some sneak peeks of the newest developments 💚🏙️💚 😝😝😝

Since I have finished Shiz University, I feel like my next big task will be the Emerald City, I have already laid out the ground of which it will sit on as well as making the train station today!! I think ill have it done in probably a month or so??? Ik that sounds ambitious but I just finished college and I have nothing to di as well as the fact that i did the interior + exterior of shiz AND went to college (did rlly well btw) and still managed to finish shiz in like three-four weeks so im feeling pretty confident, ive taken several screenshots of the 'wicked world of Oz' game on roblox for a better understanding of where everything goes scale wise and composition wise. I also have provided a checklist of things that i have already done and things im yet to do.

And yes things such as Emerald City, Return to Oz and Oz the great and Powerful have also been included (for no reason other than to fill the gaps between the distances of the lands to make my version of Oz feel fuller, despite this there wont be any other references to specifically emerald city and OTGAP cos they make no sense when looking at the Wicked and TWoO timeline so they just fill dead space and have no in universe meaning or significance)

AHHHH but I digress. Im really excited for the emerald city and will be one of if not the biggest minecraft structure ive ever made, ever? Im pretty sure, so do please stay tuned (and do pls spread the word 🥺, im a slut for the attention these posts get) and eventually around maybe september October time ill have the full Oz minecraft world ready to be purchasable and downloadable 😁😁😁💚🩷💚🩷💚🩷

Shiz University : Completed

Hi all, to the few of you that actually tune in to these I have an update!! Shiz University is finally finishedddd in terms of my Minecraft Oz project, completed with lots of dormitories, classrooms, study halls, librarys and all places seen in scenes from the movie (the quad, madame morribles study, the library/cafeteria where dancing through life takes place, Glinda's private suite, etc etc) I am feeling super proud of this as it is the most ambitious project I have done so far and has really helped my skills of rendering ideas via 3D design. I will most likely tackle some smaller projects next such as the train station + wheat field, or Gillikin country or places from other Ozian media, but my next big build on this world will be the Emerald City which will be even bigger than shiz.

Hi all!! to all 20 of yall that tune in for the updates, Shiz universitys exterior is about 2 thirds done id say, im yet to make an interior however but it will most likely be finished around July time and august will be when i make the emerald city (i will not do the interior of Kiamo ko until we see more of it in the wicked for good trailers) however everything else is mostly ready to be built 😊😊 if u can pls spread the word of this lol im hoping to maybe make the map downloadable and/or purchasable when its done, ive even made sure through the f3 coordinate button that everything is where it should be (gillikin in the north, munchkin in the east, etc etc), im super excited for when shiz gets finished however bc its definitely been the most strange to recreate to say the least due to its complexity

DEAR OLD SHIZZZ

Hi all! An update on my minecraft recreation of the world of Oz to tame the fiery fixation of wicked and oz in general😝😝

I've made a start at Shiz University!! (only the entrance and the flooring of the Quad has been done so far), however I also bridged the yellow brick road from Winkie to upper NW gillikin to NE gillikin (which i would show but i dont think tumblr has a video option?? Nor do ik how to screen record minecraft) but i digress

I have added some spirals to the roof to keep the spiral motif of Oz more consistent (which is seen in munchkinland and winkie country too), I also plan to blend the design of shiz in with the minecraft woodland mansion structure which is also what i did for Kiamo Ko (which is finished in terms of extrrior but ill prolly wait till wicked for good comes out to get a better look at the interior), the resson why I do this is to blend the complex architectural styles of wicked and the simple styles of minecraft to make sure the structures look like they belong in this cubic environment, meeting at a middleground

I think shiz will be the most explorative out of the big builds due to its complexity (which is also why i wanna get it tf outa the way)

After shiz is done (which will prolly be like august time, maybe june-july if i never sleep😝😝) ill make either Glindas palace in quadling country or the emerald city

Hi all! This is a wip project of mine that i started abt 3 ~ 4 weeks ago, its a combination of everything Oz (mostly just wicked and the wizard of oz tho) with Munchkinland being 100% complete and Kiamo Ko castle being half done with no interior atm which will be my next steps

My next steps after the wicked witches castle is done is to make Gillikin country, Shiz, The emerald city and the last big milestone probably being glinda's palace in the south, with smaller towns and villages sprinkled through gillikin, winkie and quadling country's respectively!

(and a fun fact abt the build is that i timed the walk of the road from munchkinland to the cornfield to be the exact length of the timing of both the fight scene and no good deed to make canonical sense of both wicked and TWoO)
