An .abc arrangement for Lord of the Rings Online of “¡Ay! Linda amiga/Oh! Beautiful beloved”, a 16th century Spanish madrigal of unknown authorship. You can download my AyLindaAmiga-SoloHarp-v1.abc file from Google Drive!

My version draws on a lot of other versions for ideas, from Annwn’s to this one posted by João Soares, but especially Jerry Silverman’s arrangement for guitar, which you can buy sheet music of here.

I was long ago inspired (by @celithir’s story, in fact​) to attempt to make this into an ABC but struggled for a looong time to get it sounding nice for LotRO. I think I’ve finally cracked it…! The preview is recorded in-game on the Basic Harp and is specifically arranged for that instrument, but it’s not bad on Misty Mountains Harp and Lute of Ages (try it and see how you like it).

This is a close transcription of an arrangement by Liat Cohen/Ricardo Moyano of the same Ha-Parvarim song I made into an .abc previously for solo lute! It sounds great but that’s entirely due to the virtues of their arrangement, which you can purchase as a track on iTunes.

A single-instrument version of my earlier .abc arrangement of “Romance del Conde Olinos/the Romance of Count Olinos”, a popular Spanish romance. You can download my Diaz-CondeOlinos-Solo-v1.abc from Google Drive! 

This is pretty much exactly the same arrangement of Joaquín Díaz’s version as my earlier duet file; this is just crunched down into a single instrument. It doesn’t have all the fun counterpoint and texture of the duet version, but if you don’t have a buddy handy, this should sound more interesting than simply playing the Melody part of my previous file.

Only really good for Lute of Ages; the preview is recorded in-game on one.

Speaking of Ophelia, here’s an .abc arrangement for Lord of the Rings Online of “Fair as a Rose” by Adam Gubman, from the game Elsinore (which is REALLY GOOD you guys, you should play it). You can download my version, Gubman-FairAsARose-Solo-v1.abc, from Google Drive!

I love this beautiful major-sounding song with creepy lyrics calling out “Beautiful Corpse” tropes from a game where Ophelia fights back.

Specifically made for Lute of Ages, but may be OK with the other lutes and harps too (try it and see if you like it – might sound muddyish).

An .abc arrangement for Lord of the Rings Online of “Dime Ramo Verde/Tell me, Green Bouquet”, a folk song from Castille. You can download my Diaz-DimeRamoVerde-SoloLute-v1.abc from Google Drive!

This is almost a straight transcription of the solo guitar version by Joaquín Díaz. Demo was recorded in-game on Lute of Ages, which it will sound best on; this one doesn’t translate as well to Basic Harp etc., but you can try it and see if you like it.
