Went to Costco to help them fill those trucks! #HurricaneHarvey #idahohome #boisebench #vistavillage⠀ Please spread the word!!⠀ ⠀ Headed to Houston. We will be working with Operation BBQ Relief, we have a list of items they have asked for as they are already on the ground in Houston running out of food and supplies. I plan on taking two 26' trucks to Houston along with our biggest smoker. We will have the dry goods truck at our parking lot 930 S vista ave at the Vista village starting tomorrow at 2 pm taking donations.⠀ ⠀ We do not want cash donations, only the things on the list. Once the trucks are full we will leave for Houston. We already have 5000LB of ground beef donated which is four pallets worth for the refrigerated truck, we should be able to fit eight more pallets worth of meat. The dry goods truck is totally open.⠀ ⠀ If you plan to bring cases of meat please let us know in advance as we are trying to secure storage till we load to leave. ⠀ ⠀ Here is a list of items needed.⠀ ⠀ cases of meat⠀ #10 cans of vegetables⠀ Styrofoam clam shells⠀ aluminum trays and lids⠀ paper towles⠀ silverware packs (pack with fork, knife. napkin, salt and pepper)⠀ food service gloves⠀ aluminum foil ⠀ BBQ sauce⠀ rubs and seasonings
