Really happy with my progress since I purchased my #velocitishoes #velociti thank you @underarmouruk @underarmour. Since having them from April 25th as of today I have covered 264km even my shoes told me today I've used half of their life. I havent even had them 3months. I love how they coach and inform on how to improve and how comfortable they are. Who said lockdown had to be boring or unhealthy. I have really improved my running and my times. Set my self a target through lockdown to get fitter. What a better way to get healthier as there is time to do it. As all the experts keep saying exercise gives you energy. Will lift your mood and mental state. (well I'm not sure about my mental state with all this running, lol) However at 42 I never saw myself running and getting this fit. I have smashed 175km which is 108miles.... Within a month! I have achieved my first 15k run in hour and 22mins 10k personal best in a time 22:43 1mile and half personal best of 10:28 There is no excuses, get out and do something. Once more unto the breach, dear friends, once more. Never a truer word said. We are in uncertain times. Being self employed makes it harder and more worrying. We as a country need to become as we once were united. Already the virus has change alot us for the better. I would like to mention in light of the ongoing concerns regarding COVID-19, we at CFDTS have our business continuity plans. Our priority is to provide our usual level of service whilst ensuring the health and safety of our staff and customers.
