Meeting you for the first time

Osamu´s breath hitched in his throat as you came in the restaurant. There you were in all your glory, smiling without a care in the world, I mean hey, you were out eating food what could be better? But as you smiled and walked towards him, he loved the way you smiled, it was contagious. He liked the way you dressed it seemed to fit your style and self(if that makes sense XD) But he just liked the way you were yourself. :)

Falling in love with you

After you guys soon met, you became friends and started hanging out more and more, and Osamu finally realized one day when you and him were out having fun and messing around, that he loved your laugh, your smile, your face, your personality, everything about you. You were catching your breath from when he was tickling you, whipping your tears as you still giggled. The sun was a bit before setting but the soft sunlight shown so beautifully on your skin. You just looked so beautiful in his eyes.

The confession

Osamu was so nervous just thinking about it, normally, yes he was a straight forward person. He was waiting for you to come meet him so you guys could go hang out. He held a special packed picnic for you both (mostly you), there you were walking down the sidewalk. You smiled brightly when you saw him. His heart beat fast in his chest, his palms became more sweaty, and he started to sweat a little more, it was just the warm summer sun right? Wrong, but anyways you came and gave him a big hug, and gave him your normal ´Hey Samu, How was your day?´ and he nervously started talking then he said he had something to tell you. You smiled and nodded for him to continue. He took a deep breath and started to tell you all his feeling, telling you how great you were, and telling you everything he loved about you. And it ended with you accepting his confession, and a maybe a small kiss or two.

Sometimes it´s soft and slow, or soft and caring. Like when your having a bad day. He will give you cuddles and kisses. Other times it´s a bit more needy and rough, ehem moving on!

He does get a bit shy, but nevertheless he gives you a soft peck, while his brother teases him in the background, and you both blush. But he does have a sneaky smirk on his face.

You just want a comfortable life. To be able to wake up and enjoy going to the job you love. To have the time to eat a well-balanced breakfast, or to have the ability to afford something from outside. To not have to go to work and think about all the bills you have yet to pay. To get back home and bask in the warmth of your home. That is what you want.

And to your surprise, someone else wanted that for you too.

He slipped into your life unannounced. It was just one of your customers, and an attractive one at that, that you had the pleasure of helping one day. He was kind in his own way: He only spoke when necessary, said "please" and "thank you," tipped far better than the average customer, and through the mask he wore, you could see the crinkle of his eyes as if he were smiling at you; small, but a smile nonetheless.

You got used to him always being around, and somewhere in between you got to know who Sakusa Kiyoomi was.

Sakusa Kiyoomi, one of the top three aces during his high school days. Sakusa Kiyoomi, the talented volleyball player of the MSBY Black Jackals. Sakusa Kiyoomi, the one that asked you out one beautiful day. Sakusa Kiyoomi, the one who asked to be called "Omi" by you.

And then there was Omi, the one who wanted nothing more than to give you the life you deserved.

He started off small once you two got together. He would get you your favorite flowers, claiming that he saw them in passing and thought of you.

“What’s the occasion?” you wondered. “Do you celebrate weekly milestones in relationships?”

“No, don’t be silly,” he hit the top of your head with the flowers. “I was on my way to work and saw them, then I remembered that they were your favorite.”

No, your favorites were actually all the way in the back of the floral shop, he had to ask the owner to look for them, but you didn’t need to know that.

“Aw, thank you Omi,” you wrap your arms around him. “I love them.”

He moved up to paying for you on dates, never allowing you to waste a dime.

“Let me pay for this,” you say as he hands the check back to the waiter.

“It’s already done. You can get the next one.”

“You always say that, but never let me get the next one. I’m going to hide your wallet next time.”

He laughs at your little pout, knowing that next time it’ll be even bigger.

After a while, Sakusa started giving you every item that caught your eye. That phone case you thought was cute? Yours. That sweater you saw online? Expect a package in a few days. That new restaurant that opened up? Perfect, he’ll have two servings bagged up during your break.

“You’re going to run out of money if you keep buying me things, Omi.”

“You’re talking to one of the top aces, love.” He’s wearing the proudest smirk of the century. “I work hard almost everyday and my sponsors can see it, I should be allowed to buy you things that make you happy.”

He’s too busy priding himself with making you happy that he doesn’t realize the smallest drop to your smile.

“I’m gonna stop telling you about the things I find nice.”

“That won’t stop me. Your eyes give you away.”

“I’ll stare at the ground!”

He knows how much of a hard worker you are. He knows that you leave to work exhausted, and that you come right back the same, or even worse. It’s not about flaunting his wealth to your face to look like ‘that’ boyfriend, it’s not about proving that he has a better life throwing a ball around, it’s about giving you everything you deserve.

All Sakusa wants is for you to live a life where you’re comfortable. A life where you can be yourself and do everything you love. And that’s why it was easy to come to the decision that he wanted you to be with him.

“You want me to move in with you?” Your eyes widen and your heart starts to beat faster.

“Yes.”

That's it? A simple yes?

“I don’t want to impose Omi,” you mumble. “This is your space and I wouldn’t want to take it away from you.”

“You’re not taking it away, we’re sharing together.” He starts to get a little nervous. “Only if you want to. I don’t want to pressure you into this.”

“I don’t know Omi… You shouldn’t feel rushed to do this.”

“I don’t feel rushed, but do you?” You shake your head no. “Could you tell me what’s on your mind?”

“I guess I’m just not used to this,” you sigh. “I’m not used to being taken care of like this. All my life I’ve worked to be where I’m at, and I still don’t make as much as you do. I don’t want you to think that I’m taking advantage of you.”

“You think you’re taking advantage of me?”

“Well, yeah. You’re always buying me things and I don’t give you much. I know you’re not materialistic, but I always end up feeling bad that you waste your hard earned money on me when you really don’t have to. And now that you’re asking me to move in… I don’t know, it just feels like I’m using you.”

He sighs and shakes his head. Walking up to you, he flicks your forehead with a soft chuckle. “So that’s why you pout so much when I buy you things.” You nod and rest your head on his chest. “I didn’t buy you all those things to get something in return Y/N, I bought them because I love seeing you happy.”

He brings you in closer for a hug, kissing the top of your head. “I know you’re not using or taking advantage of me. I know you love me Y/N, all of me, you tell me almost everyday. The reason why I asked you to move in with me is because I want to wake up to the most beautiful person in the world. I want to come home to my lovely partner, I want to do all the domestic things partners do, I want your smell to fill up the house, and I want to end the day with you in my arms as we drift off to sleep.”

“Really?”

“Yes. I just want you to live a good life with me. I can tone down on the gifts if it makes you more comfortable, but don’t be afraid to ask for anything. You deserve the world.”

“Okay,” you pull yourself off of him. “Okay, I’m better now. Ask me again.”

“You’re so dramatic,” he laughs. “Would you like to move in with me?” You jump on him and nod your head fervently, littering his face with kisses.

And with Sakusa, you were able to live a comfortable life filled with lots of love and joy, and too many gifts to count.
